Pros:

施設が綺麗で和テイストで京都らしさ満載でした。

Cons:

スタッフの対応とスタッフの清潔感がイマイチで残念でした。

施設やスタッフは良かった。　しょうがない事だけど海外の方にマナーを説明などしっかりしてほしいです

Cons:

海外の方が多くて入浴マナーがひどく身体を流さずそのまま浸かったり、湯船にタオルを付けて身体を洗ったりなど途中嫌になりすぐ出ました、、
朝食時にも海外の方の香水の香りがすごくて食べる気が失せました　味がいいだけに残念でした。　味付けの濃い料理ならまだしもおばんざいに香水の匂いはアウトです、、

Sehr sauber, perfekte Zimmergröße, leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal, super Lage (Bus vor der Haustür).
Es war das beste Hotel unserer gesamten Japanreise.

全体的にはとても良いです。二条城近くで立地も最高です。
Pros:

部屋はコンパクトですがきれいです。
お風呂が大きくてよかったです。部屋風呂よりも大浴場の方が疲れが癒せます。
アメニティも自分で必要なものを選べるのがよかったです。
朝食も種類が豊富で京都らしいものがいろいろと食べられたので、とても良かったです。美味しかったです。
無料のコーヒーなどもちょっと嬉しかったですね。

Cons:

駐車場がないのは立地上しかたがないとしても、案内は欲しかったですね。全く分からない状態で周りをぐるぐる探すのに1時間くらいかかってしまって、疲れました。
地図と料金などの案内図があると助かります。

Otele girince sizi oncelikle otelle ilgili olumsuz unsurlari anlatarak karsiliyorlar . Mesela hemen “kart kayberdeseniz ek para, gunluk temizlik isterseniz ek para” gibi uyarilarda bulunuyor personel. Odalar cok kucuk . Hergun oda temizligi olmamasi cok kotu zaten odalar cok kucuk haliyle cabuk dagilip pisleniyor. Konum olarak fena degil etrafinda marketler de var. Birkez daha kyotoya gelsem burayi tercih etmem.

もう少しお部屋のスペースがあれば大満足でした
