最高でした
Pros:

お部屋、朝食、利便性、全て満足でした。
スタッフさんの対応も最近シティホテルで日本語がわからない外国人スタッフさんへ客側が気を遣ってやりとりするということに辟易しておりましたので大変有難かったです。
丁寧な応対に次回もまたこちらを利用しようと友人とも話しておりました。
お世話になりました。

Pros:

ビックサイトがとても近く部屋から見えた。駅にも近く、コンビニとかマックとかもあり便利。ツインルームには、小さいが机があり、デスクライトや加湿機、パンツとかのプレス機、ドライヤー、小さい冷蔵庫、ポット等もあります。ホテルには宿泊者専用の無料コインロッカーや自販機やアメニティーもありました。また使用したいと思います。

Cons:

チェックアウトの時間がよくわからなかったのと、清掃用具が廊下に朝から置かれていて通るのにちょっとじゃまでした。

Pros:

Location is great and view

Cons:

Carpet on the floor was so outdated. The hotel is typycal American style 3 star hotel ( in US planty such hotels that built 20-30 years ago) but with very small room . The problem not even a room size but what furniture was. Table and bed could be smaller to get more space . Pillowas were so uncomfortable that starting the 3d night I slept on my dawn coat ( folded as pillow). Matrress was also very uncomfortable.

Convenient for Disneyland
Pros:

- The property has a free shuttle to Disneyland but you have to book in advance as the popular times sell out. - - The hotel is walking distance to Ariake station for the Monorail or Kokusai Tenjijo station for the local train.
Stay in this hotel if you’re touring Odaiba (Tokyo lab planet, Odaiba waterfront, Gundam) and a good base for Disneyland for the free shuttle. Trust me after whole day at Disney, the shuttle is a lifesaver!
- Amenities were good quality
- Buffest breakfast available but was pricey for the limited selection

Cons:

- Rooms are tiny. We’re a family of 4A+ 2 teens. We booked 2 double rooms next to each other but the rooms were so small even for 2 people to move around. Had to open the luggage on the bed.

- No restaurants around. We came home late and hungry after a long day at Disneyland but there were no restaurants in the area. The Mcdonalds at the ground level of the hotel was already closed but the kombini was still open and they also have a vending machine of hot food near the lobby.

- There’s nothing much around the property and it’s very quiet at night. We felt safe walking back to the hotel from the train station though.

- Process not clear. We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we just wanted to leave our luggages as we were running late for our appointment. We were told to join the long queue of people in the self check-in machines. I repeatedly said we just want to leave our luggage but the supervisor ignored us. A kind staff stepped in and assisted us (thank you so much) but i think she got told off by the boss.

広めのお部屋でゆったりと過ごせました。
Pros:

今回の宿泊時には、上層階の広めのお部屋を準備して頂きまして、とてもゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。
上層階のお部屋であった事もあり、眺めも良く、綺麗な朝焼けも見れて良かったです。
ありがとうございました。
