The beds were extremely comfortable. Airport shuttle and hotel check-in were good. Dining at the lobby restaurant was good. Parking was convenient.
The room, hallways, and elevator are tired and need updating. The carpets and upholstered furniture in the room seem dirty. It looks like the carpet edges and corners need vacuuming.
Good price, easy to reach, nice staff. Room was renovated.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress had two large dents/body impressions on it. The center of the each impression dips in and offers no support. Simply said the mattress is very worn. When you sleep on it, your spine is misaligned and it is very painful. We did not have good sleep on this bed. 3 nights. I would advise against booking this hotel.

Location was perfect for our needs. I did not eat the breakfast. It was a very nice hotel : )
The music was so loud in the restaurant that we couldn't stay. We took our food to the room

The room we had was in tower B on third floor directly over a utility room that housed among other things what sounded like the water system for the indoor pool and maybe more. The noise was unbelievable and couldn’t sleep all night . Because the room was booked through Booking.Com and was pre paid the hotel couldn’t/ wouldn’t compensate for the issue.
Staff was very friendly especially at the CHOP …JJ our waiter as well as manager went above and beyond when they heard our tale of woe getting to Vancouver. Desk staff very helpful when our lost luggage was delivered to the hotel at 1am. Shuttle very efficient.
Didn’t realize that hotel was so close to flight path. Normally we would not have slept well accnt aircraft noise but we were exhausted from a very long day of getting to Vancouver after flt cancellation ex Toronto that we did sleep. Location not conducive to heading downtown by transit although in all fairness didn’t ask if close to skytrain. Got the impression that taxi/Uber would have been necessary to go anywhere.
I had to depart at 3:00am so could not enjoy the breakfast. I liked that the Chop was available for dine in or room service.
I didn’t like that there were no vending snacks available with the vending soda/water & that ice was not available on the 3rd floor where I stayed. Other hotels have more accessible outlets for charging phone, etc (such as at the bases of table lamps).

Check-in / front desk staff person was welcoming and nice on arrival. Only "acceptable" on check-out, but didn't seem to care and never asked my opinion about anything to do with my stay (probably knew I was in a terrible room!).
Room P267 is terrible!!! Right below the GYM so very loud and annoying with weights slamming down until 9 or 9:30pm (even if it closed at 9 the staff kept making noise until 9:30). Fridge didn't work at all. I think the maids have a station across the hall as well, so that was a lot more noise. And there seems to be NO soundproofing in this room! I put a towel at the base of the door and a pillow over my head but it wasn't enough. I would NEVER stay in this room again!!!
Location and staff.
The building is falling apart, rooms are dingy- ripped carpet, sticky headboards-ewww, nails sticking out of baseboards near the bed make for awful late night trips to the bathroom, door was impossible to close quietly and patio glass/ exterior were incredibly dirty. Waterslide wasn’t open at all during our stay, disappointing.
Great room and staff were quite helpful. Furnitures were awesome and great to look at. No old stuff in the room, they all look neat and clean
They didn’t make our beds the following morning when we went out. We left in the morning returned in the evening and we met room same way we left it. Left information at the door to replenish but it was not done. Also the cooling system is not too effective, it took time to come on and it goes out very quickly.
It was quiet
Our room didn’t look like a room in photos. It was dark, felt old and was in need of updating.
