Very nice staff and location. Breakfast was decent and good coffee.
Pros:

Good location to city sites and restaurants. Cleaning ongoing daily. Pool was a nice touch.

Cons:

Some nights noisy inconsiderate guests being loud. Some off putting smell from the sink drain. Needed to block it.

Cons:

Room not as pictured. Our toilet wouldn't flush, advised staff. Someone was sent but no feedback from staff if issue had been resolved or not. Went back to room to it being the same . Pool only open till 9pm

La experiencia completa, estabamos buscando salir de la rutina, el hotel divino, la alberca climatizada deliciosa!, la atención del todo el personal en general muy agradables todos, la ubicacion perfecta para salir de noche y dar una vuelta por la tarde, muy centrico

La ubicación, la comodidad y la amabilidad

Cons:

Que yo hice reserva con habitación de 1 cama grande y me dieron habitación con 2 camas y en la parte del baño se me hizo extraño que solo nos dejaran un rollo de papel cuando normalmente aunque sea una noche en los hoteles que me he hospedado siempre dejan 2..es el primero que me toco que solo nos dejan con 1 rollo de papel.

Great option in GDL.
Pros:

The hotel is in an area very close to the main street of Colonia Americana, where you can find everything. The hotel is very quiet; you sleep very well. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The staff is helpful with any questions you may have about the area.

Cons:

No complains, everything was good.

El servicio fue muy amable y da gusto ver jovencitos trabajando, todos fueron muy amables. Y me dejaron quedar una hora mas mientras mi taxi llegaba..

Lugar excelente para descansar y de ahí, salir a diversos lugares cercanos interesantes.
Pros:

La zona es muy tranquila, siempre que no haya ruidos nocturnos, es excelente para mí. La piscina, aunque no la ocupé (ganas no me faltaron) está muy bien. El restaurante también. La habitación muy confortable, el baño y los aditamentos excelentes. Tanto es la satisfacción, que los amigos que estuvieron conmigo, regresarán el mes próximo y reservaron de inmediato.

Cons:

No tengo queja de nada.
El precio que pagué incluso puedo decir que quedó debajo de lo que recibí como servicio.
