Perfect hotel to hit the slopes in Crans-Montana
Pros:

Great place to stay for an excellent ski trip. Very friendly and all the staff making you feel at home, easy access to the pistes and very comfortable hotel. A nice spa full of life where everyone can have a good time.

Great 4 days in Montana
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Montana. Evening meals could have been more varied however there was always plenty of delicious food on offer.
Rooms were warm and clean with stunning views. And the spa was great at the end of the day.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für Skifahrer und mit der Verbindung nach Montana via Rolltreppe.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gutes Frühstückbuffet mit genügend Platz im Esssaal. Skiraum und Skischuhraum gut organisiert. Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Dampfbad sehr angenehm.
Tolle Aussicht vor allem aus den oberen Stockwerken.

Cons:

Fitnessraum eher lieblos.

La spa fantastica anche le camere incluso ristorante per la mezza pensione con la colazione tutto top

L’unica nota dolente è stata la cameriera del bar una ragazza bionda che é stata scortese con la sua collega e con noi. La sua collega con i capelli ricci é stata tanto educata da dirci che il bar stava chiudendo perché era tarda sera. Ma per un qualcosa di veloce poteva farcelo e ci potevamo accomodare nella Hall del hotel, la sua collega con un aria molto infastidita siamo chiusi siamo chiusi, la sua collega é stata molto cordiale se ne occupata lei di noi. Infatti é stata molto gentile, facciamo anche noi questo lavoro sappiamo benissimo le regole, due minuti non ti cambiano la vita .. per il resto niente da dire tutto top grazie ancora per il bellissimo soggiorno

Perfect short ski break
Pros:

Lovely fresh hotel with fantastic spa facilities. Very short walk to the arnouva lift. Stayed as a family in two rooms with Mountain View. Worth it for the balcony and stunning views. We would go back. Only disappointment was lack of variety at breakfast and limited dining choices in the evening buffet.
Staff were all wonderful.

A very nicely decorated, comfortable hotel near to a cable car
Pros:

-The room was fabulous
-Kettle in the room
-The bed and bedding super comfortable
-Good pressure in the shower (hand held shower head)
-Large balcony withs view and sun loungers
-Sauna was good

Cons:

-No fridge in the room (but as it was winter I left my stuff on the balcony)
-The pool area is very small and noisy with kids
-Dinner included in the price was absolutely terrible (ate only the buffet stuff as the main was not edible)

Very nice Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Such a nice and clean Hotel. Very friendly staff! Did everything to make us feel comfortable. Our room was big with a beautiful view! Highly recommended!
