Excellent stay in an ideally located, friendly and accommodating hotel.
Pros:

Location is perfect for walking into central Oxford. Parking is well priced and a great bonus. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Lovely family friendly hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, close to my former college that I was visiting and walking distance from the centre and Summertown.
Very clean. Staff were excellent. Yummy breakfast.
We had a wonderful time there with our toddler.

Run down, flaky paint, missing bulbs, chipped woodwork, frayed carpets, smell of stale food, frozen fruit and low quality food for breakfast, staff busy on their phones.

The mattress was surprisingly hard. The bathroom was clean & spacious - but there was no "on-put" surface.
