Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento muito bom, limpeza exelente, profissional no feral muito qualificados e atenciosos. Quartos com tamanho bom, produtos de higiene a disposição, serviço de quarto muito bom, e o café da manhã é super completo. A distância para a times square são de 3 quadras, bem tranquilo para ir andando, ao redor do hotel tem varios cafés, conveniências e lojas, muito boa a localização. No geral recomendo muito o hotel

My stay other than that was very good.
Pros:

The front desk reception had over charged me and refused to give me my discount and demanded that I pay upfront for my stay i had always paid check out i am 85 years old and from Canada 🇨🇦 I had to walk with my Cain to the money exchange and back or she would have me to leave i had already paid for 2 days and had to extend my stay 3 more days do to family sickness.She was talking advantage of me and my age her customer care needs improvement.

Not much to say except it was a great rate but the staff upon check out was not very nice

My main issue was with the heating system in the room attention on the front desk and they’ve sent a gentleman up at 2 o’clock in the morning the room never got warmer than 70°. we’re in New York, where it is freezing currently.

Needless to say the engineer that came upstairs. Attempted to fix the heater. In the end wasn’t able to even though he said he did Every rebooting the system. I was forced to sleep with layers on. I woke up every hour trying to find a way to keep warm.

The gentleman that was at the front desk upon my checkout and turning in the keys. I did not get a name, but he was very short and uncaring as per what I was about to say. I was just informing him that maybe someone would like to go up to the room and check the thermostat before they give it to the next reservation. The room was freezing cold the entire time I was there. Like I said he was very rude very short and no eye contact, which is not very good hospitality service. I will contact the Hotel directly to speak to a manager in this regard. I would hope that they would credit me back some sort of funds because it truly was a very uncomfortable day. The hotel was sold out and there were no other rooms.

Pros:

La cama, muy cómoda !!, la ubicación es buena literalmente a 7 minutos de la estación 50st, y a 10 del time square, el desayuno se ajusta a las necesidades.

El ascensor, muy lento, solo funciona uno

Made the snowstorm bearable
Pros:

The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient and the room was cleaned reach day. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

Cons:

One of the elevators wasn't working and there were often l Iong waits. It was a longer walk to the subway station too.
