Abominable et très mal géré par le personnel une catastrophe

La piscine
Le grand lit
Le ventilateur
La bouilloire

Cons:

Petit déjeuner absent plusieurs matins où alors attente une heure de 7h à 8h pour avoir les cafés et le pain , nous n’étions que 6 et pas d’autres clients .
Piscine accessible uniquement par un grand escalier .
L’eau chaude pour la douche une catastrophe
Eau froide ….. il faut ouvrir l’eau de la douche et du lavabo 15 minutes à fond pour que l’eau chaude arrive.
Une de nos 3 chambre est restée porte grande ouverte toute la journée… ils ont oubliés de la fermer après le nettoyage…. Inadmissible.

Pas d’entretien poignée des portes d’armoire cassée , prises électriques pendantes ….
Cela a dû être un bon hôtel mais c’est terminé
Une note de 8 sur booking est trompeuse
Merci de déclasser cet hôtel vieillissant et mal géré par le personnel et la direction.

Pas possible d’avoir les produits à la carte car les fruits ananas et mangue proposés sont indisponibles.
Les lits pas fait quand on demande .
Il serait trop long de tout dire , nous sommes très déçus .
3 chambres pour 7 jours et un supplément de 5 euros par jour pour changer de chambre car la nôtre n’était pas prête à 17h lors de notre arrivée.
35 euros de plus pour une chambre car il ont oublié de préparer notre chambre …. C’est très désagréable cette solution.
Nous aurions dû avoir une remise

Traditional Khmer hotel with helpful, trustworthy and friendly staff clean and great value for money
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was made to order and accommodated our vegan diet. Roof top pool was clean and perfect for a cool off after a day in the city. Room basic but clean. The reception staff were amazing and helped us with the booking of our onward travel. Thank you so much to everyone

Excellent value for money we had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who helped with the booking of our trip to Vietnam. Laundry service was excellent. Pool was small but big enough to enjoy. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was to order and they catered for us as a Vegan family. Would highly recommend. We will return next year

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Room was large, bed was comfortable, hot shower, fridge in room. The provided breakfast was simple but good. All the staff especially the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and towels are available at the pool deck.

Cons:

The air conditioner remote was difficult to use and we couldn't adjust the vent. The room wasn't serviced after we requested it to be.
