Staff are very friendly and helpful, I have my mum with me and she is in the wheelchair the guard is very helpful to put her up using the stairs. Thank you so much.
No lift for those people who cant use the stairs. Apart from that they are good. I was in the room without window so I ask the reception to get me one with window which is they give me straight away and pay extra ofcourse. Thats fine.
I wish they allowed us to use single room with 2 queen beds inside. I felt wasted 1 room . They advised us to use 3 rooms for 5 people(booking.com), only to discover that we all could feet in 2 rooms.
The option of saving money to give up extra recommended room. Waste if money. Otherwise everything looks good.
Super friendly staff and 5 star luxury hotel level customer service! They helped make my daughter wish come true to see Black Pink in concert! Very good breakfast room service. We highly recommend as family.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always greet us whenever they see us. They answered all our questions and gave us directions to the concert venue.The room was as advertised. It looks exactly the same as the pictures posted.
The location. It's quite far from the concert venue.

Food not always serve like requested cleaning of room not always done need dequest multiple time coffee not always refill all small thing but personnel always there to assist even if not perfect
