Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good location, quiet room rooms perfectly fitted out very clean. Breakfast very nice and again the staff excellent. The company can be proud to have such a great team

Sehr zentrale Lage- nähe HBF, aber ruhig. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet , sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Kein funktionierender Wasserkocher - ich trinke abends gern noch einen Tee. Es stand einer (!) zur Verfügung für alle Gäste, aber kaputt!

Ideal für Städtetourismus. Ideal für Bahnfahrer.
Pros:

Lage ist Top für die Anreise mit der Bahn! Lobby groß mit viel Plüsch. Gepäckaufbewahrung in Schließfächern im Keller funktioniert sehr gut. Online-Checkin hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet: Eiergerichte kalt (Wärmeplatte war nicht geheizt). Trotz bestelltem Doppelbett war nur Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zu bekommen. Kein Zimmertausch möglich.
