Pros:

It was well located to Central London, just outside Victoria. It was clean and presentable, very tidy. Staff were friendly, and ensured the place was safe.

Cons:

Only a couple of minor points, one of the buttons on the TV Remote wasn’t on the remote and there were magazines in the drawer. Only very minor points.

The location is great, right in the city centre. The receptionist was friendly and tried to help me with my request. the room was clean.

Cons:

However, the hotel’s comfort wasn’t great. The room was very small and the dimensions of the rooms weren’t ideal. On the positive side, so the photos were on booking was not describing the real one , still waiting for my refund

Lokacija i cena su super. Imate kafu, čaj i tolu čokoladu + kuvalo u sobi, što baš prija. Tv u sobi dobro dođe.

Cons:

Soba je bas mala. Tuš kabina je minijaturna, što moze smetati devojkama, jer ima samk fikni kišni tuš iz zida. Nema struje pored kreveta, pa telefon ne možete puniti iz kreveta, već na stočiću. Ormar je otvoren, tj. ima šipka sa vršalicama iznad stola sa kuvalom.

The location is good

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small. Myself and my wife had to share a double bed which was pushed against a wall on one side and only had about 24 inches on the other side. My wife had to use the bathroom during the night, I had to get out of the bed to let her out. Our sons had a room with 2 beds, this was a long corridor style room with the two beds end to end. Only one of them could watch the tv. There’s a lot better to be had out there for only a little more.

A short but wonderful stay with excellent staff and a great overall experience.
Pros:

The stay was fantastic from start to finish. Even though we were only there for two nights, everything was comfortable and well looked after. The staff really stood out — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel extra special.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault during our stay. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel even more.
