Ho atteso prima di fare la recensione perché volevo che si risolvesse prima l'intollerabile situazione verificatesi in fase di check out. L'addetto alla reception senza avere da parte mia alcun permesso mi ha addebitato sulla mia carta maldestramente 25 euro non previsti. Gli errori possono succedere ma che uno debba aspettare quasi due mesi per essere risarcito è paradossale, la motivazione della loro inerzia è perché c'erano le festività e gli uffici sono in ferie!!! E' accaduto tutto il 22 dicembre e hanno fatto l'operazione amministrativa il 16 gennaio mettendo come valuta il 2 febbraio!!!!! Gestione del cliente PESSIMA!

La struttura è pulita e comoda per tutti gli eventi in fiera

Cons:

Nella notte di permanenza, nel parcheggio interno dell’albergo ( incustodito e non sorvegliato) le vetture parcheggiate hanno subito un atto vandalico a parabrezza e lunotti. Il personale notturno ha chiamato la Questura che ha notificato l’intervento su ogni veicolo. Al mattino al checkout nonostante io abbia indicato dove avevo parcheggiato non mi hanno segnalato l’atto vandalico ma ho dovuto scoprirlo una volta arrivata al veicolo. Aggiungo che in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto possibilità di prenotazione nel parcheggio custodito e mi é stato detto che non era un servizio prenotabile… in fase di check in, nonostante la mia richiesta non mi è stato segnalato che un evento simile era già accaduto qualche settimana addietro ma mia é stato chiesto dove avessi parcheggiato, segnalandomi che li andava bene. Peccato per la gestione superficiale, disinteressata e decisamente poco attenta di questo evento perché per il resto ci siamo trovati bene.

La posizione e la pulizia

Cons:

Staff poco córtese e approssimativo. Mi e' arrivata una mail Dove mi di chiedeva di fare il check in online e poi Ho dovuto rifarlo in albergo con perdita di tempo e una vaga spiegazione che il sistema non funzionava Colazione di scarsa qualita' non certo da albergo a 4 stelle. In camera mancava il tappetino Della doccia e la carta igienica si rompeva solo a guardarla
