The perfect stay for our last night in Lisbon.
Pros:

The people were friendly and outrageously helpful. Recommended an absolutely FANTASTIC restaurant nearby. Accommodations were perfection (we got connected rooms with our teens and it was large, luxurious and perfect. Bonus, it was incredibly close to the airport - a fifteen minute cab and an easy subway ride. We walked to the downtown area, about 20 minutes and it was a lovely walk.

Cons:

For those who want to be in the middle of everything, it’s a bit out of the main area - but was nice and quiet and still beautiful. And an easy walk (under half an hour) to Chiado.

Pros:

Extremely comfortable with wonderful staff who were always willing to help with any request. We originally booked here for 6 nights, but decided to extend an additional 6 as it was so comfortable here.
Great rainshower head and shower that never leaked outside.Spacious room with Individual AC control and quite a bit of space to hang and put clothes..
We prefer the location here as not crowded with tourists and in more business area with lots of restaurants.

Perfect decision, worth to stay in Lumen Hotel!
Pros:

Booking a room at the Lumen Hotel was the perfect decision for us. The hotel's location is ideal for us, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The light show is very impressive.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The breakfast selection and flavors were impeccable, and the quality of service provided by the wait staff was beyond reproach.

From the very first moments, we were welcomed by wonderful people whose kindness and warm smiles made me feel truly welcome right away. You can feel the atmosphere of this place from the very beginning – natural warmth, openness, and genuine hospitality.

Our room was beautiful and spotless. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the light shows were a stunning spectacle to watch.

P.S. They even remembered my birthday 🥹 (it was my birthday vacation!). Thanks to the manager and the wonderful hotel staff, my birthday felt even more special.

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Lumen Hotel in Lisbon. From check-in to check-out, every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in doing their job well and making guests feel comfortable.

A special thank you to Daniela, who helped me a lot during my stay and made me feel truly welcomed. Her warmth, attention, and support really stood out and made my experience even better.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern, neat, and thoughtfully laid out, with a really pleasant atmosphere throughout. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness. The room and all shared areas were spotless, and housekeeping standards felt consistently high.

Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service. I would happily stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
