Great hotel location, very helpful English speaking staff. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice
Pros:

Great hotel location. Fab breakfast, with loads of choice (€13). Near restaurants, port areas, old town & coastal walks. Pleasant walk to vertical lift to castle. Very helpful English speaking staff. Tram to other small towns along towards Benidorm. Particularly Villa Joiosa, well worth a visit

Good location, helpful staff
Pros:

Had previously stayed in this hotel so knew that the location was excellent - just on the town hall square and minutes from bus stops, the marina and the beach.

Had a one night stay. Previous reviews have mentioned outside noise. We didn't hear anything from the street but inside noise carries when people return late.

Room was very clean, with a tea tray and bottle of water. Breakfast was good.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

The only negative was our bathroom had a dreadful smell of drains. Didn't smell when we arrived and when we got back after dinner, we knew the hotel was full and we were leaving early so made sure the door was closed at all times. We mentioned this to the receptionist as we left.

La ubicación y la disposición de los trabajadores

Cons:

El aparcamiento no está en hotel, está a cierta distancia y la distribución del tráfico por el castillo cercano pueden volver la devolución de la tarjeta bastante inconveniente

Location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel is clean and comfortable.Staff were pleasant and helpful
Pros:

Location was perfect
Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a spacious terrace with lovely view of the square below and Santa Barbara castle .

Cons:

The hotel was older than expected. The reception area was disappointing and the gym was closed. Corridors were dark . Hotel would benefit from a bar and restaurant.

Świetny wybór. Polecam!!!
Pros:

Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni hotelem i miłą obsługą. Lokalizacja była świetna. Bardzo blisko do promenady oraz restauracji. Duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Piękny widok z okna na zamek i na plac ratuszowy. Ten hotel to świetny wybór. Polecam. Przy najbliższej okazji na pewno chętnie skorzystamy jeszcze raz z oferty tego hotelu.

Hotel sa nachádza v centre, niekoľko krokov od autobusovej zastávky, ako aj od mora. Izba je čistá, s výhľadom na more. Plne vybavená chladnička, končia, kávy. Personál milý. Raňajky chutné.

Pros:

Mooie uitkijk op het plein, dichtbij het strand, boulevard en op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Mooie dakterras met super uitzicht.

Cons:

We zaten net naast de schoonmaak ruimte waarbij de schoonmakers heel vroeg in de ochtend lawaai (5:00u-6:00u) maakte. Beetje gehorige wanden.

great breakfast! excellent room and terrace. great location for restaurants, etc.
Pros:

I booked the room with the private terrace as it was my partner's birthday. also had the romantic package as a surprise in the room. the room was extremely clean and had ample space. the bathroom was huge. breakfast had lots of variety. I especially loved the muffins, cakes on a morning :) the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately on our last day to return home the farmers had their protest. there was no airport bus. We hurried back to the hotel and the receptionist on duty on the 29th Jan. went into action immediately. She got us a taxi and got him to come for us at the hotel even though so many areas were blocked. we were very grateful she found a way for us to get to the airport quickly. so thank you Eurostars! Great stay and will be back again for sure.

Cons:

that even though we had the best room in the hotel. our bedroom wall was adjacent to elevator. so we heard it go up and down all the time. also the hotel's main terrace was one floor above us. I was not expecting that, so we heard chairs and tables being pulled across the floor at night. thankfully this was low season and the bar was closed so the noise was there, but here and there.
