Both breakfast and location was excellent
Could have supplied biscuits in the room to have with the tea and coffee
Nice room
Friendly staff
Would have liked to see more choice on menu
The stuff were nice, the place was clean.
They held these parties every night during my stay, which was incredibly unpleasant and extremely loud. In general, the price I paid was quite high for the experience I received.q
Easy to find, comfortable room and exceedingly helpful and friendly staff across the whole hotel.
The only issue experienced was the lack of hand rails on the bath and in the shower. Everything else was outstanding.
Room was super comfortable.
No air conditioning. This will be a problem throughout the summer months.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Shower drain was partially blocked so was very slow to drain. Reported to management the next morning.
Also very aware of light from the hallway entering our room under the door overnight.
Better service, but from a management perspective. Silly policy in things like the ordering if your breakfast by two people, one piece of sadly toasted (singed) bread... Ask people what they would like. Its bread & two pieces helps towards the 15 minute wait for the insipid dishwater coffee.l & a further 15 minute wait for the breakfast. The "House Water" concept is simply insulting. Charge a higher ticket & include free mineral water in the rooms, not place what appears to be gratis water that you'll unwittingly be charges nearly £20 for.
Less stingeyness. Served brown sauce, not ask a customer "how many spoons would you like?" only to have to waist a waiter's time asking for more sauce. It's all a false economy.
A fabulous find. Definitely one to revisit in the future
Genuinely nothing.
