Pros:

En el momento de hacer el check in había un chico con gafas y barba súper amable.

Cons:

Al entrar a preguntar sobre el parking, había un señor que nos habló súper borde. El parking tenía un extra y encima eran plazas pequeñas (no entraba el coche) y estaban todas las plazas ocupadas. La cama estaba manchada, una tele no funcionaba bien (el mando). El desayuno muy caro

We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and the food in Chop was excellent!

Cons:

Car park on site was small and therefore full. However, the reception staff were incredibly helpful in directing us to the Charing Cross carpark with validation for the same rate.

10/10 stay
Pros:

Stylish hotel. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much hassle to any of them. Room had plenty space, bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was well stocked and topped up with hot food continually. Bar/Restaurant was very clean and very smart. 10/10 for our stay.

Cons:

Parking was the only downside, limited amount of spaces and car park is very tight to manoeuvre in.

Good but could do better
Pros:

The room was a good size, clean and lovely views of the city from the 7th floor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

My husband fell in the shower as the floor was very slippy, there was no shower mat or handles and no warning sign. Just after we arrived, I sat on the carpet infront of the mirror to do my make-up and sat in a wet patch on the carpet, thankfully I think it was just water! The radiator was noisy and clicked through the night. Other guests left plates of chicken bones and other dirty dishes outside their rooms on the floor in the corridor which was a bit grim. They were there at 10.25pm and still there when we checked out at 11am the following day despite the cleaners already cleaning adjacent rooms. Finally, we got back from a concert at 10.20pm and we're looking forward to a nightcap in the bar but it had closed early which was disappointing.

Pros:

Room had fridge kettle & microwave which was great! Had an extra blanket in the cupboard if needed Clean & comfortable . Would recommend

Cons:

Pillows weren’t the best and there weren’t any spare. Apart from that no complaints.
