Important information:

We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.

Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.

A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pets to the room or hotel premises during their stay.

No additional fee is charged for pet accommodations. The property reserves the right to take necessary action in case of noncompliance with these rules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Best cave hotel in kapadokya

Our stay at Kelebek Special Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was magical 🤍

The cave room was beautiful and so romantic perfect for our honeymoon. A special thank you to Yusuf, the manager, for kindly upgrading our room and arranging a late checkout since our flight was delayed. Such thoughtful service made our stay even more special.

Халаты, тапочки, кофе машина с капсулами
Снеки в номере: изюм, яблоки сушеные, какие-то орешки. Воду каждый день приносили.
Чистота, все очень удобно и комфортно.
Завтраки:
Хороший шведский стол, свежие овощи, зелень, фрукты, йогурт, сыры, колбаски, выпечка, всякие омлеты. Кофе делают любой.
У ресторана очень уютная терраса.
Персонал отзывчивый!
Есть бассейн и зона с лежаками. Для лета актуально.

Localização, Pequeno-almoço, quartos, ter piscina (um plus nos dias quentes) e em particular a vista fantástica.
Muito bom serviço ao cliente. Trataram de todos os nossos pedidos feitos antes, durante e depois da nossa estadia.

Paid for the presidential suite, for the money we paid, the mattress was the worst sleep I’ve had in my life.

Service was a bit pour, room wasnt cleaned. Waited over an hour for service by the pool.

One of my favorite hotels ever
Pros:

We loved this hotel! You absolutely cannot beat the location, views, and service. We were in room 116, which is one of the fairy chimney suites. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the room for you. But we loved it. The floor is uneven and there are steps to get to the fireplace, bathroom, patio/balcony, and the bed, as well as a raised walkway through the bedroom area. It was authentic, charming, romantic, and unique. I wish I could post the walk-through video that we have.

Kelebek is at the highest point in the city and has the best views. They own 3 hotels….Kelebek, Harman, and Sultan and they are all connected. If you stay at any of them, you can access the patios and rooftops of all of them, and there are lots! We had unobstructed views of the balloons in every direction. No other hotel here has that.

The rooftop restaurants and bars are the best place to have dinner or hang out in the evenings. We met so many interesting people. The service at the rooftop bar is a little on the slow side but we were never in a rush and were happy to just enjoy the views and atmosphere.

There are cats everywhere. For us, this was a plus. They joined us for drinks, asked to share our meals, slept on our laps, and made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff tries to shoo if guests aren't enjoying them, but if you have a fear of cats, you may want to reconsider a visit to Turkey altogether.

There are dozens of rooftop areas, patios, balconies, and gardens to explore. Take some time to wander through the 3 hotels to discover the hidden areas.

It's about a 10 min walk to town, all downhill, and about a 15-20 min walk back, all uphill. Just take your time. It's not a difficult walk but your legs will feel it unless you never skip leg day at the gym.

Our room has a fireplace and they came to light it for us every night. They also brought complimentary wine and cake as we were celebrating our anniversary.

We travel a few times a year and this is one of my favorite hotels and cities that we've visited. They are very responsive via WhatsApp to any questions or to help you plan an itinerary. I would highly recommend.
