Posizione fantastica, la pulizia della camera era ottima ed anche il fatto di avere una piccola cucina in camera per la colazione della mattina o per prepararsi un caffè alla sera non era male. a due passi da Kensington garden e dalla metro di Queensway.

Very comfortable and pleasant overnight stay. The reception staff are so friendly and the room was very warm and spotlessly clean and there was a lovely shower. Thank you.

What a lovely short pleasant and remarkable stay.
Pros:

Location and easy access to amenities.
Room was comfortable and clean.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Couldn't get the air conditioning on as was feeling heat at some point.
It should have been a bed and breakfast deal.
Didn't like the idea of smoking at the entrance of the hotel as there is no smoke area in the hotel and it was a rainy day which is good for a quick fag.
