Great location, good value.
Pros:

Ideal location with a great pool and hot tub, hot springs fed. Great restaurant/bar in the alley (Robert’s Tropical Bar). The coffee and cakes delivered to the room in the morning was a nice touch.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional. The room was great. Loved that it had on demand. The hot spring was fantastic. Great having good coffee in the room. Loved the art deco. Loved having no time limits on the pool area.

Cons:

We didn't have a fridge.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff made this a chill and special place to relax.
Pros:

The delivered coffee and breakfast snacks to the room were great! The pool was warm and the area around the pool was relaxing and inviting. Loved the lush greenery in the back. Central to everything in downtown Calistoga and short drives to local wineries and areas of interest.

Cons:

The hotel is older so things could be updated but everything was clean. The twin beds could have been comfier.

Enjoyable and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel provided a continental breakfast each morning in-room. It was a nice gesture; however, we don't do pastries in the morning (the coffee cakes were tasty). Since we only drink beverages that are caffeine-free, we enjoyed the hot water. The mandarins were good.

Cons:

Provide herbal tea as an option.
Since the hotel does not have a restaurant, ensure the desk staff has a list of dining options for guests.
