good location, modern design hotel, staff could really improve service.
Pros:

modern design, clean, aesthetic

Cons:

the lobby staff especially. very unfriendly every one of them and every interaction they would avoid helping. never had such an uncomfortable experience with hotel staffs and getting help. the cleaning people were nice and helpful.

We are definitely booking here again the next time we got to Tokyo.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. 100m from shibuya staion entrance but just off the main road so not noisey. Great staff and accommodating to our needs. Excellent Pizza / Coffee / Beer places. Cannot fault
