Okay - but not what I expected so disappointing

The location is definitely great.

Cons:

The rooms are very small for a family of four but this is to be expected given the location in the heart of Tokyo City.

The most disappointing part is that the coffee shop and the dining area pictured are clearly not owned by the accommodation as you need to purchase every time you wish to sit down! Bit ridiculous give. Check in time isn’t until 3pm and the hotel itself has no lobby area

this is not a complaint but it is important to be aware that these rooms are small so managing your luggage can be tricky but completely workable and the location will compensate for any space inconvenience

Pros:

Good cafe downstairs. Easy check-in and so close to all the action

Cons:

The room was pretty warm and the air-conditioning didn't go below 20°c
