My stay at Royal Cliff Beach Hotel was very disappointing, mainly due to a major issue with the amenities. Throughout my entire stay, there was no hot water in the room.
Instead of offering a proper solution or simply moving me to a different room, management repeatedly sent maintenance workers to try to fix it, which waste my time over and over again with no results. It is frustrating that changing my room wasn't even considered. I expected a much higher standard of service and basic comfort.

Cons:

Staff at pool bar tried two serve us cocktails with absolutely no alcohol in them at 320thb until questioned about this. Tennis courts down as hotel facilities which we had used daily as my sone brought tennis rackets with him. On day 3 we were approached by some lady saying we needed to pay 750 the per hour for using the courts. several courts empty and this idiot girl trying to make us pay 750thb/hr - disgraceful.
