Very good
Pros:

I hadn’t been here for quite a while, and I’m happy to see that the hotel has improved significantly.

The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and professional.

The hotel has a swimming pool for children, and the newly renovated Kids Club is clean, well-maintained, and has measures in place to limit overcrowding, making it a safe and enjoyable space for families.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to come back many more times.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to increase the lighting around the property at night, as it feels a bit dim. Also, having more restaurants in the same building would be more convenient, as most dining options are located in another building.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch und von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde ein absoluter Traum.

Schon beim Betreten der Hotelanlage stockt einem der Atem: Die wunderschöne Empfangshalle und das gesamte Gebäude sind in einem atemberaubenden, traditionellen Thai-Stil gestaltet. Alles wirkt unendlich gross und majestätisch, aber gleichzeitig strahlt die Architektur eine solche Wärme aus, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Der Empfang war aussergewöhnlich herzlich und perfekt organisiert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Es gibt absolut keinen Strassenlärm – das Einzige, was man hört, ist der beruhigende Wellengang des Meeres. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Aussicht: Von wirklich jedem Zimmer aus geniesst man einen freien, unschlagbaren Blick direkt auf das Meer.

Abgerundet wird dieses perfekte Erlebnis durch das grossartige Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und begegnen den Gästen mit einer echten, tiefen Herzlichkeit.

Wer ein wunderschönes Ambiente, absolute Ruhe und perfekten Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Ich musste wirklich sehr lange nachdenken, um überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit zu finden! 😉 Als kleiner Tipp für das ansonsten hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet: Es wäre toll, wenn bei der Marmelade und dem Honig ganz kleine Tellerchen oder Schälchen bereitstehen würden. So muss man sich nicht den ganzen grossen Frühstücksteller verschmieren. 😉

Шикарный отель, наверное самая большая территория в Паттайе. Прекрасно оборудованный спортзал, чистые немноголюдные бассейны, очень внимательный и приветливый персонал. С господствующих этажей незабываемые закаты. Рекомендую.

Perfection in Pattaya
Pros:

This is a large and older hotel on the outskirts of town, but has been very well maintained. In house restaurants are uniformly excellent. Breakfast; well stocked and delicious. Of particular note are the faultless staff, many have given years of service. Of particular note are Bell Staff Thanapat and Traikhun who helped with many small requests; nothing was too much trouble and we are already planning another stay!

Another great stay
Pros:

We are just back from yet another wonderful stay at The Royal Cliff. We have been regular visitors for about 25 years and hopefully we have many more visits ahead.
The hotel is fantastic and is made by the wonderful staff that they employ, without them our holiday would not be so memorable
From Chaiyanan the Deputy Resident Manager to "sunshine" in the restaurant every employee is a great credit to the hotel.
