Pros:

Staff were so accommodating and always smiling. Loved the guys at front helping get in and out of taxis as im a bit injured.
Breakfast choice was amazing and restaurants were great,especially the indian. Great vibe.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Nice and quiet but not too far from things. The pools were incredible. The place was so clean and well kept. Staff were so welcoming. Best hotel breakfast there is.

Good, but avoid crowded event days
Pros:

The pool, the facilities in general

Cons:

It wasn’t clear where we were allowed to go and where not, as this is resort with 4 different hotels.
Also, one of the nights we stayed, the hotel had arranged to host a conference for a huge crowd of students. They were screaming in the hallways and bothering other guests at the pool etc
For a 5 star hotel, they should at least let guests know when these events happen so we don’t book!
