Great experience! Staff - specially Laila was great!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. We had fantastic service with Laila! She was at the front desk and extremely courteous. Out of the various Thai hotels she is one of the best and made our experience so good! Highly recommend the hotel as the pools are amazing, good rooms and extremely clean!

Perfect Stay!
Pros:

The Royal Cliff is the top Place in Pattaya. Perfect relaxing atmosphere and top rooms. AVA and the Team of the Front Desk are so polite and coordinating everything perfectly. Great breakfast with lots of tasty fresh food. The employees at breakfast room and every zone so friendly. As a guest you feel valide and safe in this hotel. Beatiful Flower set up!!!

The stay was excellent just don’t eat at resort.
Pros:

Second stay…. We love the pools. We love the balconies over looking the water. We love the pool bar.

Cons:

We do not like the food at any of the restaurants. All of them are low quality.
The price is fair the atmosphere nice but every meal is substandard. Our advice leave the resort.

De ruime kamers met uitzicht op zee.
Het zwembad en de zeer vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Wat er tegen viel, is dat de gym niet in het zelfde gebouw is en je met een shuttle wagen er naartoe moest.

I love this place, however, I may reconsider next trip as the food and drink are very costly!

There were over charged for food and drink, drink were supper expensive, for example , they charged Singha beer at 190 baht (this is way too high), Cocktail - 390 baht (this is wayyy tooo high)
