一月に千葉に行くのだがまたこちらのホテルを予約した。
Pros:

近くにスーパーや飲食店があるのがとても助かった

検索の際に3名（大人2.子供1名）で検索してここの部屋がヒットしました。金額見て他より少し安いなとは思いましたが予約しました。シングルルームの主観がよく分かりませんが、予約確定の際にベッドが1台しかありませんがそれでもいいか、とかの確認が一切ありませんでした。到底私もベッド1台とは思わず予約確定してしまいました。これ、なぜ3名での検索にシングルベッド1台しかない部屋がヒットしてしまうのか。何のために。宿泊客は1人以外寝ない前提なのか。到着してホテルの説明で発覚したのでキャンセルも変更も出来ない。コレって分かりにくい詐欺なのでは？何故なら予約確認の際に、あなたの予約した部屋はベッド」数に対して予約人数分のベッドがない、等の注意のお知らせがないから。それなら金額も納得できなくなってしまう。何故なら1人しか寝れないから。なのに請求が2人分（子供は無料と書いてあったので）なのか。せめて値引きして欲しい。私は今日は車か、ホテルの床で寝る事になりそうです。今まで色んなホテルに宿泊してきたが、こんな事は初めてで呆れてます。コレはプライベートの問題だが、妻は来月出産予定の臨月手前です。コレは誰に何を言ったら解決になるのですか？なんの対応もないようでしたら、このありのままをありとあらゆる所で口コミさせていただきます。フロントの方も外国の方で、若干何言ってるのか分からない部分がありました。この系列のホテルはもう2度と利用しないですが、こんな杜撰な予約サイトでいいんですか？大人2人、子供1人でシングルベッドとかありえません。呆れてます。
