Pros:

Shuttle Bus to Aeon Mall and Airport is very useful.

Cons:

The staff misbehaved with my 14year old son. they kicked him out of the room with all the luggage. Actually it was my mistake that I did not check out by 11am and was out of the hotel while my son was still in the room. My son repeatedly requested the staff to wait for his parents and then solve the issue but they did not listen and just made him leave the room with all the luggage as fast as possible. I understand my mistake but not the way to handle with a 14 year old.

The price is right, but that’s about it.
Pros:

The airport shuttle was nice. The property is quite far from everything, so they offer a shuttle service to a mall area and the main station. That was also nice, but often so crowded it was standing room only.

Cons:

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom also didn’t have good ventilation.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt absolut null Service. Das Frühstück war schrecklich. Vom Kaffee über die Auswahl der Speisen, die nach 8.30 nur noch das Minimum war. Brot oder Toast gab es nicht mehr, die Asiatischen Gerichte waren - wenn die Schalen nicht schon leer waren - ausgetrocknet und überhaupt nicht mehr ansprechend.
Wir hatten das Gateway extra gebucht, weil wir lasen, dass der Shuttle zum Airport gut sei und man auch viel Gepäck mitnehmen könne. Wir machten auch die Buchung für einen Sitzplatz und für unser Gepäck, das mehr war als normal, da meine Tochter auswanderte. Wir meldeten am Front Desk, dass wir noch mehr Gepäck hatten (dieses war sowieso schon am Front Desk gelagert, das Personal sah also die Grösse des Gepäcks). Am Tag unserer Abreise sahen wir einen normalen Reisebus, ohne Gepäckfächer. Der Fahrer wollte sich weigern, uns mitzunehmen, so auch ein Front Office Mitarbeiter. Wir bestanden darauf und luden unser Gepäck in den Bus. Wir - und alle anderen Passagiere im Bus waren in der Tat nicht erfreut.
2 Gepäckstücke blieben vor dem Hotel stehen. Zum Glück wurden sie nicht gestohlen und wurden mit dem nächsten Bus nachgeschickt. Immerhin.
