Inolvidable lugar. Perfecto como base para explorar la Capadocia.
La posizione eccellente, lo staff molto gentile .Emir è stato molto cordiale e ci ha aiutato a trovare il posto la mattina seguente alla nostra precedente prenotazione ( purtroppo cancellata a causa delle condizioni meteo) del giro in mongolfiera.
La stanza necessita di un po di luce in più. La sera co le luci a disposizione non si vede benissimo. La pulizia della stanza andrebbe migliorata nei dettagli.

El hotel tiene una vista privilegiada del lugar. El personal en general tanto en la recepción, restaurante, jardinería y limpieza, fueron siempre amables y atentos.
The staff were so extremely friendly & helpful, I had the best experience! I researched where to stay for HOURS, and I truly think I booked the best spot for the price & accommodation. It wasn't too busy, so it felt very boutique & private in the best way. Breakfast was amazing, views & patio/rooftop were amazing. Loved the gardens. Felt like a fairytale!

The rooms are really unique.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom.
There were some unpleasant smells - smell like sewage from the bathroom and really sour smell around the bed. Don't know if a cat peed on the carpet at one point.

La localisation et la vue magnifique sont sans aucun doute les grands atouts de cet hôtel ! Le personnel est également adorable, très accommodant et toujours prêt à aider. Certains membres du staff parlent même français, ce qui est très appréciable. De nombreuses excursions sont également proposées directement au départ de l’hôtel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique. Une très belle expérience à Göreme !

The setting is stunning, a short walk from downtown Goreme, in a quiet area with a wonderful view of the city. We stayed in one of the Fairy Chinmeys and overall, the stay was super pleasant, it was a bit too hot in the room even with the open window (no AC) and, the bathroom glassdoor was leaky but it was just minor things not impacting our overall stay and experience. We literally had baloons flying over our chimney one morning, this is definitely one of the best places to enjoy viewing them. The staff was excellent and very friendly (you just need to ask them for anything you need and they will provide so they are not too proactive). The breakfast was amazing, a LOT of choices between sweet and savoury for all kinds of tastebuds (I am a sweet tooth in the morning, while my spouse is for ssavoury things and there were tons of delicious options for both). I would highly recommend this place.
Not much to dislike, just minor details, the outdoor couch pillows and cushions were not set anywhere througought the property and we had to ask the staff to set them (same goes for the cushions for the chairs for the breakfast terrace). The bathrooms in the Fairy Chimney would need an update and some repairs but very minor.
