The hotel lived up to the amazing photos on the website. It's in a quieter location away from the main streets higher up with spectacular views. There's no corridors, rooms are in a large, outdoor space with lots of seating and tables. It felt more like villas than hotel rooms. Staying in a cave room was a unique experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was naturally warm, the bathroom was large, warm and the walk-in shower was brilliant.
WiFi was fast and reliable. I travelled for work and had regular Zoom calls sitting outside. Breakfast was authentic Turkish food and not too heavy.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Reception booked airport transfers for us, much cheaper than jumping in a taxi. They greeted us with a smile upon arrival and made us feel welcome.
At around £360 for four nights in March, it's an absolute bargain and the best part about our stay in Göreme.
More space to hang clothes would've been appreciated. There are also very loud calls to prayer five times per day that woke us up at 5:00am. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.
The hotel was gorgeous. It was close to the town centre . Beautiful hotel the breakfast was delicious,the fairy chimney room was magical. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone .

Мы отлично провели время в отеле! Жили в Stone room, там отдельный вход, тихая сторона отеля, симпатичный вид на склон холма и скалу, в которой другие комнаты отеля. Останавливались на пять дней, и все дни было прохладно, дождливо, шары не летали (увы), поэтому в отеле проводили существенно больше времени, нежели чем планировали. Действительно красивый вид со всех терасс, замечательно видно закат, сам Гёреме, можно спокойно посидеть с видом на городок.
В номере было тепло, работали и батареи, и обогреватель. Всё чистое, новое, красивое :) В номере, как и заявлено, чайник, фен, чайные пакетики, кофе, вода - словом, всё хорошо.
Завтрак был все дни хорошим, и турецкие блюда, и универсальные, вкусная выпечка, турецкий кофе. Очень доброжелательный персонал, все сотрудники без исключения! Помогали забронировать трансфер, экскурсии, разобраться с полетами на шарах - правда, было ощущение, что о вас заботятся. Спасибо всем большое!
Если вдруг когда-то решим всё-таки дождаться полетов на шарах и вернуться в Гёреме, обязательно здесь же остановимся.

酒店工作人员态度恶劣, 因为土耳其对中国客人免签, 我们需要一份酒店的确认单, 以备海关查验, 当我们再三提出来这项要求时, 酒店的工作人员非常拖沓后给了我们一个确认单, 但是五个人就只写了一个人的名字, 我再三强调因为是以备海关查验,我们肯定是需要5个客人的名字都在酒店确认单上, 可是酒店就是不给我们这样一个有五个客人名字的确认单, 理由是我们预订的时候只给了一个名字, 经查验, 我们预订的时候就给了五位客人的名单, 所以我又截屏给了这位工作人员以证明我们在预订的时候确实提供了五位客人的名单, 然而酒店就是不给开一张有五位客人名单的确认书. 我对这位工作人员说, 即使我们在预订的时候没有给5人的名单, 现在我们提供五人名单, 也应该给我们开具一份带五人名单的确认书, 这是非常正常的, 更何况我们在预订的时候就已经给过名单了, 但是无论我怎么理论, 酒店就是不给开,当我提出抗议, 酒店就让我取消预订. 这是什么酒店服务? 埃及当地怎么能容忍酒店工作人员的这种态度? 我真的不理解, 已经预订, 已经付款, 已经提供客人名单, 可就是不能给一份带有五人客人名单的酒店确认书? 天理何在?
I had a terrible experience with the staff at this hotel. Since Turkey offers visa-free entry for Chinese citizens, we required a formal booking confirmation with all five guests' names for customs inspection. Despite our repeated requests, the staff was extremely dismissive and slow. Eventually, they provided a document with only one name on it.
I explained that for immigration purposes, we needed all five names listed. They flatly refused, falsely claiming I had only provided one name during booking. Even after I showed them a screenshot proving that all five names were submitted at the time of reservation, they still refused to help. Their final 'solution' was to tell me to cancel my booking if I wasn't happy. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
La chambre etait vraiment parfaite, dans une cave. Bien chauffé, spacieuse avec des équipements de qualités. Les deux terrasses devant sont un point strategique pour pouvoir admirer toute la ville.
Concernant le personnel, l'équipe est parfaitement organisé pour repondre à toutes vos demandes. Merci à eux

The room was very nicely modelled and an interesting experience. Also very clean and staff were all nice and helpful.
Breakfast was great with lots of options and located on a terrace with a great view.
The shower wasn't sealed at the bottom and sides so water ended up all over the floor after dripping through under the glass and the shower head wasn't really adjustable to be tilted down, it could only be tilted up which would have sprayed water right over the glass which didn't really make sense. It's possible to shower by just holding the shower head but was a bit uncomfortable if you can't slot it in somewhere without spraying water everywhere.
The breakfast was amazing 🤩I’d give it 10/10 because it was so delicious! I even tried a poppy seed sweet, and it was absolutely lovely. Definitely worth it! 😋
I don’t really have any reason to dislike the place. However, I hope the window can be covered with proper curtains because the light was coming through. Also, the tea mug was not properly cleaned.
Perfect location within Goreme, easy to walk anywhere within the area, close to many restaurants, close to the museum, taxis etc. Very nice rooms, spacious, good breakfast.
It’s a bit cold even with the heatings on, and duvet is small if shared between 2 people. Perhaps putting extra duvet would benefit.
