Front desk not answering phone, needed to take shuttle back at night. Ended up walking as no one picked up the phone. Restaurant not answering phone. You need to offer room service.

It was fine. Room was average for the cost. Would likely not stay there again.

Location to campus was great.

Cons:

For the outrageous price it is not worth it. On top of having to pay for valet and coffee, no value at all in the price besides location.

It was decent but did not meet my expectations. Sadly, I would be hard pressed to book again.

Smell was overwhelming in hallways was pleased that the smell didn't extend into our room.
Mattress was the worst mattress in any hotel that I have ever stayed at. It needs to be changed out!! Im 50 years old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. Im not that picky either.
Hair dryer was disgustly dirty, I used tissues to handle it.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet. Check in was super easy and fast. Staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. We were able to text in the morning for the valet to get our car so that it would be ready when we got to the lobby.
