Room given to us for 6 nights was a bit small
The hotel is very well located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, which is its main strength.
The overall experience does not match what is usually expected from a 4-star hotel, as indicated on Booking.
The room is very small (around 8–9 sqm). It is clean and recently renovated, with a modern look, but the “artistic” aspect highlighted in the marketing feels more like a simple recent renovation rather than a real concept or added value.
Beyond the room, hotel services are extremely limited for this category:
no bar and no restaurant,
no room service for food or drinks,
no gym, no swimming pool,
empty minibar,
only half a bottle of water provided in the room.
At check-in, no explanation of the hotel or available services was given.
There were no power adapters available; the reception advised buying one at the nearby shopping mall.
There is no designated smoking area. Smoking is only possible outside, on the street in front of the hotel.
Noise at night is significant due to the central location, which is understandable but should be expected.
For around €400 for three nights, the value for money is disappointing.
In practice, the experience feels closer to an Airbnb-style accommodation with a front desk than to a full-service 4-star hotel.

The location. Near to shopping malls amd easy to find food. Walking distance to all the malls i want to go.

The toilet seat was not soft close so it slammed when I put the seat down

We did not mind but given the very central location, you can hear the street at night. Not too extreme but worth knowing if you’re the sort of person who expects true silence. It’s central of a huge city, it’s normal
