Breakfast was appalling
The room was lovely - large bed and very comfortable. The health club and swimming pool was fabulous!
The service in the bar on Saturday morning was poor. We ordered 2 coffees and some toast. The coffees took 10 minutes to come and we waited a further 10 minutes for the toast. Seemed very disorganised…..
Pool and gym facilities are great! Location is close to Warwick castle and town centre. Comfortable room and beds, great amenities
Our room had an issue during our stay where we didn't have hot water for several hours. It got fixed in the end but we were staying with little ones that needed a shower after the pool and not really offered many alternatives, and the staff were a bit blasé about the whole thing. Would have expected a bit more. Or some courtesy offer. Also the breakfast had several things but quality was pretty average.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly, they are a fabulous example of a team who listen and will happily help.
The facilities are wonderful, set in the most beautiful grounds which are immaculate.

The staff were all very friendly and professional, plenty of parking and the hotel & facilities were clean and modern.
The on-site, car hand wash was also an added bonus. The property is located right on the golf course at the back, with a beautiful outlook over the lake.
The hotel also has a nice restaurant, sports bar and business centre hub.
More outdoor seating - some of this was closed due to improvements being made outside, which obviously can't be helped - we were lucky to have beautiful weather. I'm sure when completed, it will be excellent.
It is a very busy gym, spa, leisure centre for local residents and so if you are expecting a cosy, quiet, rural hotel, with lounges and quiet areas, or relaxing rooms, then this may not be for you.

They loved there stay but found that reception was not informative,
So went without breakfast even though I paid for bed and breakfast
