Great room and facilities. Very busy environment.
Pros:

Rooms are very well appointed and super comfortable. Best bed of any hotel I have stayed in uk. Facilities at hotel, pool, spa and gym are great. Restaurant is ok but high end.

Cons:

Hotel is part of. Golf, gym and swimming pool members club and is very busy most of the time.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Room was spacious and clean and the walk in shower was great .

Always a joy to stay whilst visiting family - super easy and wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff were so welcoming. Loved Christine who made our room so comfy for our young children.

Swimming pool is fab, can't wait to come back for the outdoor pool

Cons:

Not as expected for a country club, very poor Customer Service at mealtimes. Will not be returning.
Pros:

Room was clean and fair. Facilities were good, parking ok but not for bigger cars. Location was good, with onsite EV chargers.

Cons:

Customer service poor. Waited over 6 minutes to be seated for Breakfast on both mornings, only one young waitress on duty. She was trying to keep the food stocked, cleaning tables, looking after the coffee machines etc etc Breakfast was only just ok could have been hotter fried eggs were dry. Evening meal on the Friday again waited over 5 minutes to be seated, service was poor with only one young waiter on duty. requested a clean knife for my wife, waiter handed my wife a replacement knife but held onto the blade whilst handing over, so took another clean knife from another table! no napkins. Should have been a Senior person on duty to oversee the younger staff!!! Did not book for the Saturday night, went into Warwick, great choice of restaurants, had a great meal.

Great stay, friendly staff, relaxing weekend
Pros:

Friendly staff, extended breakfast area so plenty of room. Comfy beds, great size gym (didn’t use pool)

Cons:

The bathroom needed a bit of TLC the tile had broken and some of the areas looked a little worn

Pros:

Comfortable bed. Fresh, clean linen. Clean bathroom. Lovely staff at reception & bar. We weren’t expecting to have to spend this night away and so the secure carpark was most reassuring. Good to know you’re there for incase I/we need to pause en route again
