Will not stay here again with my family.
Pros:

White sand, the pool, ocean walk was ok.

Cons:

Rooms were not as pictured. Dirty Glass cups thrown outside our room door. with small kids not appropriate, glass was never by staff. We make the complaint to clean it. Rooms were giving far out separate. Our family was not close by to each other. We asked for closer rooms. But our request was denied. Not a good service from staff. in my experience.

A great place to enjoy tulum beach, eat good and be barefoot.
Pros:

The staff saved the stay, friendly and attentive to any inconvenience in the hotel. The second room we got was nicer and wider, beachfront to sleep with the sound of waves.

Cons:

The first room we got needed maintenance, also the room has barely light and with two babies it’s hard to do the night routine.

Cons:

The amount of seaweed at the beach isn't great. It smells bad and you can't go into the sea comfortably.
Also there are only 2 small waterbottles provided, the rest of the water you need you have to buy. Very strange because all the other places we stayed, that are less luxurious do have free water. Feels strange and unnecessary

Hôtel à haut potentiel non exploité - déception
Pros:

Nous avons pris un petit séjour au Maya G, celui-ci étant notre dernier hôtel avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous pensions terminer avec le meilleur des hôtels et je dois dire que nous avons été très déçus.

La chambre est très sympa et spacieuse avec un toit typique maya, offrant une douche en pierre avec vue sur la mer. Il y a donc là un réel potentiel d'hotel luxueux mais qui n'est pas exploité malheureusement. La petite piscine devant permet de se rafraichir avec une très belle vue.

Cons:

Cet hôtel a un très beau potentiel mais ne reflète pas du tout ce qui est proposé sur Booking ni sur leur site. Nous avons eu une très belle chambre mais pas rénovée et qui ne ressemble pas aux images montrées. Nous pensons qu'il est donc impératif que cet hôtel soit rénové : le mur s'effrite à plusieurs endroits, les deux portes sont délabrées et sont si veilles qu'il y a des énormes trous laissant passer le vent le sable et les insectes, il y a très peu de prises électriques. En parallèle, nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que l'hôtel ne comporte ni endroit pour déjeuner ni restaurant du midi et du soir. Il n'y a qu'un petit beach club proposant uniquement des tacos, très sympa mais pas digne du standing promis et proposé par l'hôtel. Enfin, il est vrai que la plage devant l'hôtel est remplie de sargasses, l'hôtel n'est donc pas responsable toutefois il convient à l'établissement de payer du personnel pour les retirer. Il y avait des énormes tas de sargasses qui ne sentaient pas très bon et qui rendent la vue pas très belle. Uniquement le vendredi, nous avons vu arriver une vingtaine de personnes pour tout retirer, ce qui est appréciable, toutefois nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi cela n'est pas fait au quotidien.

Ska man till Tulum så är hotellet perfekt. Var i Tulum för 12 år sedan men det känns nu för exploaterat. Tulum passar bä
Pros:

Lugnt läge på stranden så man inte blir störd av klubbarna som spelar på nätterna. De två restaurangerna var väldigt bra även om det inte var hotellet som hade dom.

Cons:

Att dom inte tar upp sargassotången på stranden. Otroligt mycket tång längs hela Tulums strand. Ser inte sanden som möter havet för all tång.

In short: don't stay here - go anywhere else
Pros:

Hotel is right by the beach and if you don't come here during Seaweed season I'm sure you can have a lovely walk along the beach.

Cons:

Hotel staff was very unfriendly when we arrived (at 8pm so not super late) and basically not bothered about us. We had an issue with the breakfast: as we are GHotel members the chain promised free breakfast when we booked but the Hotel staff informed us that they don't do breakfast anymore (even though you can get breakfast at their Taquerie according to the menu). After a long discussion they gave us 20% discount at their sister Hotel which had quite steep prices.
Our room, I'm sorry to say, was not clean!
The drain in the shower was clogged and they didn't bother cleaning this. Upon our arrival our sheets had stains and dead bugs. We asked them to change it which they did. The whole room was unswept and not welcoming. They give you 1 bottle of water per person for your entire stay and then charge you an arm and a leg for drinks (no minibar/ fridge) and even for capsule coffee. This is a hot country and I would expect free water daily.
Unfortunately we arrived just as the seaweed did which piled up on the beach every day. I know this is not something the hotel can control but the smell penetrated the room and did not add to the place's charm and we were not able to walk on the beach at all.

Beautiful barefoot luxury in Tulum
Pros:

Beautiful beach huts, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Had a lovely barefoot, laid back feel and was very private and quiet

Cons:

The smell of sewage is quite strong at times across the whole resort. The sargassum at the beach is also not maintained so it is quite difficult to enter the water as there is mountains of it.

Dejligt sted.Værelset fint, lejligheden ikke op til standard.
Pros:

God beliggenhed, dejlige værelser, privat pool og fin strand, bar og parkering. God café. God stemning.
Super yoga hver morgen og mulighed for massage.

Cons:

Værelset fint
Lejligheden støvet, intet bestik/tallerkener og madrasser på solsengene i stykker. Det tog 2 dage før de blev udskiftet efter 3 kontakter til personalet.
Elektriske stød fra kogeplade og køleskab som aldrig blev lavet.
