Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts. Die Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn ist gut.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine City Trip nach Tokio.
Pros:

Schöne Atmosphäre, super bequeme Betten, fantastische Aussicht aus dem 25. Stock. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Perfekte Lage für Stadterkundungen wegen unmittelbarer Nähe zur Shimbashi Station!

Wenig Platz für Koffer in Zimmer, kein Schrank für Bekleidung

Great hotel - but the cleaning policy needs a rethink.
Pros:

Great location and decent sized rooms for Tokyo . Reception staff very polite and helpful. The lounge room was excellent and it was great you could use it after checkout.

Cons:

The cleaning of the rooms was poor. The ecoclean meant only rubbish was cleared and towels replaced. The beds were not made and cups were not cleaned. The restaurant had limited options.

A great spot to sightseeing eateries & relaxing at the end of a long day out of the bustle near Tokyo station
Pros:

This was our second stay here as we were so impressed last time- good service great breakfast & accessible to Shimbashi station with lots of eateries

Last night in Toyko
Pros:

The views from this hotel are fabulous! We spent the last night of our Japan trip here because we were looking to have that "wow" factor right before departing...which this hotel provides. Really lovely staff, comfortable rooms and bed, pillows, ect.. The area is super lively and lots of landmarks nearby which makes it great to see anything "last minute". Overall a great stay and way to say "until next time" to Toyko.
