Guests with same-day bookings must arrive before 22:00.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Guests younger than 21 years of age must stay with a parent or guardian.

Reservations with more than one (1) dog or a Single dog over the size of over 40lb are required to get a King Room, Double Room, Family Suite, or Ashe Cottage.

Pets are only allowed on the first floor, because of this, the hotel has a limited amount of pet-friendly rooms. A request at the moment of booking is highly encouraged to guarantee your pet-friendly room.

Lovely hotel with historic feel
Pros:

Hotel is charming, not too far from the tourist attractions. We had the Honeymoon King which is a decent sized room -unfortunately I think it’s the only king room. Nicely appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Only 4 parking spaces for 33 rooms but not too hard to find street parking

Pros:

We were in an attic suite. It was alot of stairs ( we were warned), no windows. Poor headroom. I'd stay at the Palms again, just not in the attic suite.

Charmantes Hotel - wir würden es wieder buchen
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung, gemütliche Stühle vor dem Zimmer, der Charme der alten Gebäude und die 7m vom Zimmer in den Pool 🏊‍♂️

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet eher knapp, das Zimmer ist für 4 Personen mit Gepäck eher klein, aber gut machbar, da man ohnehin nur selten im Zimmer ist.

Très bel hôtel et bon service
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel ! Quel charme !!! .. on a vraiment adoré l’ambiance général . La chambre était spacieuse et le lit très confortable .

Vous trouverez des places devant l’hôtel gratuites pour garer la voiture ( un vrai plus à Key West ) . Possibilité de louer des vélos ou voiturettes à l’hôtel pour se rendre vers les lieux d’intérêt .( assez éloignés à pied sinon mais faisable … un Uber vous coûtera dans les 10 dollars ) . Petit plus avec la piscine .

Cons:

La douche difficile à régler mais sinon tout était vraiment très bien !

A perfect Key West getaway—beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Palms Hotel in Key West (April 1–3)! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and right at home. The property is charming—beautifully kept with lush tropical landscaping, a lovely pool area, and that classic Key West vibe.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast by the pool each morning was a real treat—great coffee, fresh fruit, and plenty of options to start the day right. The location was perfect too—close enough to walk or bike to all the action on Duval Street, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet in the evenings.

We can’t say enough good things about the kind staff and the relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little oasis. We’ll absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Key West!

3 nuits sur un road trip depuis Orlando jusqu’à Naples
Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux, un lit confortable , un petit déjeuner Top au bord de la piscine .
Seul petit bémol , la douche un peu petite
et le petit truc en plus la location de vélo sur place !
L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel est attentionné . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
