The hotel needs work
Pros:

The bed and room were nice while the late checkin was nice.

Cons:

When I tried to have a shower there was no hot water available, while there was no lift and you could hear other people coming in and out of their bedrooms especially at 4 am! The staff member i interacted wiht didnt have much to say

My original booking being cancelled then subsequently booking the hotel over again at extra cost.
The hotel wasnt clean, its in serious need of repairs, security doors were never locked.

The hotel saved us due to cancelled northlink. It had everything in the room we needed it was clean and the staff were polite

Cons:

I unfortunately vape and my partner smokes. I didnt like going out the front of the hotel especially at night.

A very disappointed stay
Pros:

The location is ideal

Cons:

Broken bathroom window, ripped duvet cover, the bed itself was ripped, the duvet was very thin ( and dirty looking) and only one pillow was supplied per person

Very disappointed about my stay
Pros:

Location is the only positive about this hotel

Cons:

Hotel wasn’t clean starting from the reception area to the rooms. It was loud, doors banging, loud guests. Hotel room looked nothing like the one on the pictures. It says you can book breakfast, but that’s not the case, because the kitchen was being renovated, which we found out once we got there.
