Boutique Experience in the City
Pros:

Lovely hotel - 5 star experience. Rooms are big with nice bathrooms. Lobby is beautiful. Oyster bar and back bar are great too. Vida spa is amazing and right in the building

Comfy beds. Rooms are fine/comfortable. Restaurant was great.

Cons:

Phone in the room didn't work. Had to telephone the hotel for room service who put me through to the restaurant, which just rang out. Gave up and went downstairs to order instead.

Pros:

I liked how convenient and close it is to everything. We got a free upgrade and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. So many cute places to take pictures on the property with friends
