Pros:

ホテル全体が清潔で重厚感もあり、スタッフも親切で、どこへ行くのも便利なロケーションだった

Cons:

3人で宿泊したが備品が全て２人分で、要求をしたら用意してくれたが、次の日からまた２人分だけの用意だった
チェックインの時に2人の名前しか聞かれなかったので、もう1人いる旨を伝えたが…多分伝達ミスか？

Overall great stay for a great price but provide people with their own fridge and microwave
Pros:

Location was great. The room was beautiful and had a nice view. Everything was clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave for personal use. The pre provide snacks and drinks are way too expensive and it’s frustrating there wasn’t space for our own drinks.

Just didn't hit the marks
Pros:

Bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

Cons:

You could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the heating system made an intermittent ticking sound throughout the entire stay. The noise from the street was constant and you heard ambulances frequently as there was a hospital nearby. The wifi was not good and even blocked WhatsApp messages from working. I had to get a local SIM card to get any decent internet.
