[Location] The hotel is quite near the Tokyo train station (5 minutes away via Yaesu North Exit)! The location is great for tourists, as Tokyo station has many metro lines. Tokyo Train Station is also a great place to buy last minute souvenirs. There are ramen shops, breakfast spots and a convenience stall near to the hotel too.
[Hotel Room] The hotel room had a modern design, and was very new and clean! The toilet was great too. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Their provided PJs were very comfy! There are two power plugs near the bed, and some at the desk as well.
[Reception] I really enjoyed the free drinks and snacks they provided at the reception. It was very thoughtful of them, as Tokyo was cold at my time of visit, and the hot drinks helped to warm us up. The staff spoke English well, and were very helpful, which made it easier for international tourist such as myself to communicate with them. They also provide free cleansing oil upon request!
[Misc.] They had a Sakura event at the hotel where you could write a message and pin it up on their paper sakura tree. They also listed that they had free board games to rent.
[Hotel Room] If your luggage is big, you would have difficuities opening it completely. There isn't much clothing rack space, which may be an issue if you have many clothes to hang up. However, I think this is normal of all Tokyo hotels, so these were all minor (and predictable) issues for me.
立地、清潔
隣の部屋の外国人が日本語以外の会話が深夜2時まで物音や大声で話していた。フロントに電話してすぐに対応していただいたことには感謝しているが客のマナーが悪く、隣の声が漏れるのは不快であった。
Great location close to train station. Clean and comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping. Lovely touch with the very comfortable pyjamas.
Free snacks and hot drinks after 10am.
Very small bathroom, if you were a larger size then you would really struggle to move around.
The kettle was a nightmare to work.
The TV wasn’t a smart TV which we were surprised at. Minor things really but the hotel is expensive.
Great location and staff
Need better work space
Proximity to the station
Unable to open the bedroom window
La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación Tokio.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas.
Wonderful location and we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the lounge.
Lage war perfekt.
Kleine und enge Zimmer - aber das ist wohl Standard in Japan.
The property is very clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was for two people. We had two single beds pushed next to each other. I understand that most properties in Japan offer smaller room space, but we had so little room to move about that it was difficult feeling comfortable.
It had a great location near the train station, restaurants and shopping. It was clean and the staff was very good. The breakfast was ok. They had free drinks like coffee and juice in the lobby.
My main issue was the tiny room. The room was basically filled with the bed. There was hardly any place to put my suitcase. There was no closet...just hooks on the wall. There was no safe. The bathroom was ok.
The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was small but very clean and I loved their housekeeping routines. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel and will stay here again if we come to Tokyo next time.
There were insufficient storage spaces.
Typical simple Japanese breakfast, great location, within 4 minutes' walk from Tokyo Station, and about the same to the subway station. Smallish room, but functional.
Small room. Cramped bathroom.
