Our room was opposite the housekeeping store, so unfortunately we were woken early each morning by housekeeping staff.
Lovely spacious room, good selection of different breakfast options and drinks. Brilliant food, friendly staff. Close to Cambridge centre.
We were unable to book on to the car service for any part of our stay as it was fully booked. There was no prior notice to book in advance.
Excellent service, wonderful central location. Really enjoyed the Bentley tour.

Breakfast service was terrible. It took an hour before I got my cooked breakfast and when it arrived one of the poached eggs was inedible as white was not cooked. Getting a cup of tea was a joke, only one tea/coffee machine which after queuing for ages only dispensed half a cup . Room was ok but overheated even after I turned off the air conditioning. Stop with the Bentley nonsense and get breakfasts sorted. Expected better for £19 breakfast.
Better organisation at breakfast. No one want to wait an hour for cooked breakfast featuring raw eggs. I’d suggest a buffet breakfast but when I tried the buffet on Sunday the bacon was overcooked and they didn’t have enough warming pans so half of the items were just on plates and therefore cold. Please invest in another coffee machine and a tea urn for hot water. It easily sorted!
Our stay here was very nice but by far the best bit was the chauffer driven tour on our last day with Zane it was such a lovely way to round off our stay on a rainy day

We did not eat at the hotel because we pre booked other eateries but i am sure the offering would have been great if we had

The location was ideal for central Cambridge with most things walking distance. Decor was funky despite being a little tired
Service in the bar in the evening was poor, cocktail made was wrong and made while sucking a cut finger and trying to serve several others at the same time.
The breakfast experience, other than the welcome was shocking, there was food and drinks not being replenished, we had to ask twice to be served for hot breakfast, the waiter then disappeared before another took a basic order. Finally we left with no hot breakfast 45 minutes after ordering and no food arriving
Very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast. Good location for the main sites. The Bentley experience was very enjoyable and picked up restaurant tips etc from the driver.

Checkin was smooth, welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely. A big room, super comfortable bed and everything provided to make for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast. Absolutely chaotic. We arrived at Breakfast and were told to sit anywhere. We found a table that others had recently left and which had not been cleaned. We had to call a member of staff over to clean it. All tables full and only 3 staff members serving. The juice had run out as had pastries. The queue for the coffee machine was 12 mins plus. 35 mins after our arrival no one had taken our order for hot breakfast. Again we had to go find a member of staff to take our order. We were not the only ones. Finally our order was taken at 10.10am. But by 10.30am still no Breakfast. We ordered eggs.
At 10.35 we asked what was happening. Server disappeared and didn't return. Breakfast arrived at 10.45am. Excuse given was "we had to make more hollandaise". Really!? The hotel didn't charge us for breakfast which was of course correct but honestly its not good enough. We won't be back.
