Cons:

Hotellet har börjat bli riktigt slitet. Frukosten levde inte upp till förväntningarna till det priset. Tv fick vi inte igång något fel. Dåligt information om vad som fanns på hotellet, Frukost tider , öppen tider bar om det fans någon bar ? Bodde där för 15 år sedan då hadde man in lyxsig känsla man viste allt om hotellet efter en dag. Mycket besviken på min vistelsen där

Travaux avec monte charge devant la fenêtre qui s est déclenché à 7h du matin !!! Hôtel pas full dommage que l on m’ai donné cette chambre , est ce du fait d être passé par booking ? Pas de geste de l hôtel malgré mon retour le matin , j ai payé mon parking en plus, vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de cette gamme

Pros:

Hotel situato in posizione eccellente sia per la vicinanza dal lungomare, sia per la città vecchia, il mercato dei fiori, l'opera e piazza Massena. Personale gentile e disponibile, attento alle esigenze della clientela che parlano le più importanti lingue del mondo. Stanza pulita ed ordinata.

Cons:

In un hotel a 4 stelle non può mancare il bidet in bagno e gli stuzzichini posizionati sul desk dovrebbero essere omaggi (non il frigo bar)
