Quiet good location

Poor lack of security
Pros:

Great location lovely staff shame thry have taken security off the beach steps as Everyman is coming up from beach jumping in the pool covered in sand them showering & leaving as not paid to stay at the hotel have come here many years security used to stop this happening but now it’s a free got all have to watch your belongings like a hawk

Not a good resort experience. No access to public transport.
Pros:

Nice beach view. decent facilities.

Cons:

The pool and lawn areas are unuseable. All the chairs and umbrellas are reserved with towels by people before breakfast. and they go shopping.
Security should remove these towels if these areas are empty.
I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. and this has been the same problem. What's the point of coming
to a resort if you can't use the pool? I can go to Hawaii or Mexico.
I will never come here again.

В целом расположение отеля не далеко от волкин стрит и ночного рынка. Все в шаговой доступности
Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле в 2018 году с мужем и по старой памяти решили вернутся в 2026м. Пожалели. Контингент 99% русскоговорящие шумные туристы, дерутся ночами в номерах, кричат. Лежаков свободных не найти. Пляж очень грязный стал, валяются ошметки фруктов ананасов и кокосов на территории и на пляже. На территории по уборке персонала не видела. Вода в море стала тоже грязная с пакетами и остатками еды, плаваешь среди мусора. На пляже предлагают кукурузу прямо как в Адлере. Отель был старенький в 2018 году, а в этом году он без изменений и еще больше постарел. Попросила поменять номер на одну двуспальную кровать, мне отказали по причине наполненности отеля. Больше не вернемся. Очень надеюсь, когда нибудь на этом месте будет чистый новый отель

1)ต้องใช้บัตรประชาขนผู้เข้าพักทุกคน เน้นว่าทุกคน เลยบอกว่ายังมาไม่ครบ รถกำลังตามมาอีก น้องก็โอเค เอาของคนที่มาถึงก่อน ให้ไปเสร็จสัพเรียบร้อย เปิดห้องได้ 3ห้องตามที่จองไว้ ได้คีย์การ์ดครบทุกห้อง ส่วนคนที่มาถึงตามหลัง ไม่ขอบัตรเพิ่ม งงเลย ตอนเเรกยืนยันหนักแน่นว่าจะเอาของทุกคนเท่านั้น จำเป็นต้องใช้ครับ รวมถึงเก็บเงินมัดจำ 1000บาท/ห้อง/คืน ***ก่อนการเข้าพักเท่านั้น*** ยืนยันชัดเจนหนักแน่นว่าต้องได้บัตรประชาขนและมัดจำก่อนเข้าพัก ไม่ยอมให้ขึ้นห้องพักก่อน บอกว่าขอเข้าห้องพักก่อนได้ไหม เดี๋ยวเอาให้ทีหลังได้ไหม ทั้งๆที่จองออนไลน์จ่ายค่าห้องครบหมดแล้ว พนักงานบอกว่าต้องก่อนเช็คอินครับ โอเค พาครอบครัวเด็กเล็กและผู้สูงอายุไปเที่ยว แอบเซ็งนิดหน่อยต้องมารื้อหาบัตรประชาชนกว่าจะได้เข้าห้อง ต่อด้วย มัดจำห้องละ1000 จ่ายผ่านเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิตก็ได้ ไม่ได้กดเงิน เลยใช้บัตรเครดิตจ่าย หลังจากนั้นขึ้นห้องพักได้
พอมาวันเช็คเอาท์ น้องคนเดิมบอกว่าห้องเรียบร้อย ค่ามัดจำจะได้คืนภายใน 14-15วันนี่แหละ จำไม่ได้ โอเค เซอร์ไพรส์เลย คิดว่าจะได้คืนวันเช็คเอาท์ ไม่เป็นไร ตอนนี้ 13วันแล้ว ยังไม่ได้เงินค่ามัดจำคืน 3000บาท (3ห้อง ห้องละ1คืน) เดี๋ยวรอดูค่ะ จะได้เงินคืนวันไหน แอบลุ้น
(เรื่องบัตรประชาชนกับมัดจำ ไม่มีปัญหานะคะ เพียงแต่เราไม่รู้มาก่อน เลยไม่ได้เตรียมตัวไปให้พร้อม ส่วนตัวถ้าได้รู้ข้อมูลตรงนี้มาบ้าง จะได้เตรียมบัตรและเงินสดไปให้พร้อมค่ะ)
2)ลูกค้ายืนรอเช็คอินอยู่2คน พนักงานก็เห็นว่าใครมาก่อน แต่เลือกที่จะทักทายให้บริการคนมาทีหลังก่อน และลูกค้าที่มาทีหลังต้องบอกพนักงานว่าให้เราก่อน งง

Gammalt och slitet. Personal som inte pratar engelska men rysska.

Den enda fördelen med boendet är att det inte är horbarer precis i närheten.

Ej renoverat sen 80 talet.
