Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations.

As tall guests (almost two meters), the room felt extremely small — honestly more like a single room occupied by two people. We genuinely felt cramped and confined. Moving around comfortably was nearly impossible.

We noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared more spacious, so we asked about a change of rooms. However, we were told the beds were the same and no meaningful alternative was offered. That was disappointing, as the issue was not just the bed but the overall lack of space.

We understand that London is expensive, but for this price, the room felt completely disproportionate in size and comfort. It was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had.

Location, for us was perfect. Quiet too. Apart from 2nd night when someone was talking very loudly on the corridor just after 2 a.m.!

Cons:

Just too small. Pillows were lumpy - nowhere to hang coats. Needed air-conditioning on overnight as room was so hot and airless.

Camera piccola ma molto soddisfatto
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per chi atterra all' aeroporto di Stansted. L'hotel si trova molto vicino alla stazione di Liverpool street e a circa 10/15 Min a piedi dal London bridge. La camera è piccola ma c'è tutto il necessario: asciugamani, asciugacapelli,wifi e aria condizionata. Ogni mattina puoi trovare acqua e muffin nel frigo della camera. La zona è tranquilla e non si sentono rumori di notte. Alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno H24. Ho fatto il check in online è stato molto semplice ed al mio arrivo hanno controllato solo un documento, per il check out basta lasciare la tessera della camera in reception.

soggiorno interessante e tranquillo
Pros:

mi è piaciuto moltissimo l'albergo: piccolo ma ben posizionato. Il contesto è interessante si trova infatti incastonato tra grattacieli moderni e futuristici mentre la struttura dell'albergo è antica per cui il contrasto è affascinante.
la camera era molto piccola ma ci stava tutto e il bagno era di dimensioni adeguate. molto comodo raggiungere la zona whitechapel che è piena di ristoranti etnici, la galleria di arte moderna omonima e le vie in cui è vissuto jack lo squartatore. i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici sono molto facili con le altre parti della città data la vicinanza di metro e delle fermate degli autobus rossi, inoltre il Tate e il Tamigi si possono anche raggiungere a piedi con una bella passeggiata di 20 minuti.

Cons:

è andato tutto bene, non saprei. forse si un pochino troppo piccolina la stanza ma questo è normale per un albergo piccolo e antico.
