Cons:

Odadaki havalandırma sesi o kadar yüksekti ki uyutmadı. Gece oda değişikliği istedim, doluyuz dediler. Ben de uyuyamıyorum dedim. Bir şey yapamayız dediler. Mecburen gece saat 1’de otelden çıktım ve başka otelde kalmak zorunda kaldım. Ücret iadesi de yapmadılar.

Хороший свежий ремонт, в номере есть всё необходимое, завтраки нормальные, голодные не останетесь. Нам всё понравилось.

Персонал толком не говорит на английском, только на турецком, один парень на ресепшене немного говорил на русском

Pros:

Чудовий отель у гарному місці Стамбулу. Нам дали комфортний номер з вікнами у двір. Номер затишний, тихий, спів пташок з вікна, ніякого шуму з вулиці. Номер чистий, великий, окрема душова і туалет. Любʼязний персонал. Гарні сніданки.

Не сподобалося ВСЕ!!! З моменту приїзду!! Зайшовши в готель, були здивовані тим, що наше бронювання дивним чином, кимось, скасовано. І змушені були оплатит повторно готівкою. Відпочинок був зіпсований. Справа навіть дійшла до виклику поліції. Сніданки бідні і не смачні. В результаті тривалого діалогу кошти за бронювання вдалося повернути. Але негативний присмак залишився.

Nada, suicidad por todos los sitios, no funciona ascensor, no funciona aire condicionado, camas con pelos, toallas más negros que blancos, muebles rotos, suicidad de la comida en las mesas.olor en las habitaciones me enseñaron 3 habitaciones i con la misma tarjeta lo he abierto las 3, charcos de agua entre las camas, cables colgados de los aire acondicionado.No me he podido quedar ni una noche, me fui a buscar otro hotel, por lo que insisto que me devolvéis dinero

Era un miros graznic de mucegai de cum intrai în cameră ,băile -am avut 2 camere pline de mucegai în concluzie evitați acest hotel !Personalul lasă de dorit!

The hotel offers great value for money and truly gives you more than what you pay for the rooms were clean organized and very well maintained hygiene standards were impressive and clearly a priority the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the stay it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean budget friendly and reliable hotel

Disappointing. Very Dirty rooms, they refused to give me my refund although we stayed for few hours.

Cons:

Very bad experience at Rays Hotel. The room we were given was dirty, had a strong bad smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. It looked nothing like what was advertised. My wife is pregnant, so staying in those conditions was unsafe and unacceptable. We arrived late at night, stayed only a couple of hours because we had no immediate alternative, and left as soon as possible in the morning.

The owner initially said he would help once I submitted the refund request, but after we left, he refused the refund. We were also offered another room, but we refused because the hotel itself appeared dirty and affected by mold. Paying around $550 for only a few hours in such unhealthy conditions is completely unfair.

Außer der wlan nichts

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde uns fast wie in einem Abstellraum serviert. Außerdem waren die Vorhänge im Zimmer schon fast grau vor Schmutz. Im Badezimmer war die Duschkabine ebenfalls schmutzig, überall war schwarzer Schimmel. Der Spülmechanismus der Toilette war defekt – um das Wasser abzulassen, mussten wir manuell hineingreifen.
Das Waschbecken war so klein, dass man gerade mal die Hände waschen konnte. Sobald man versuchte, das Gesicht zu waschen, war das ganze Badezimmer nass.
An der Rezeption arbeiteten offenbar Kinder – wir mussten sehr lange warten, um uns über das Nachbarzimmer zu beschweren. Diese waren extrem laut und feierten, ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste zu nehmen. Zwei Nächte lang konnten wir deshalb kaum schlafen.
Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
