Pros:

First the Staff. Very peofessionel and helpful. Especially Ms. Daisy was always very helpul and managed the chekin very well, aswell as insights regarding visiting Bangkok. Also the Security and night shift, very good service.

Cons:

My stay was too short 😀. I should have used the pool area more often.

Esperienza sicuramente da rifare!
Pros:

Struttura eccellente sia dal punto di vista della posizione che dell'estetica.
Nota di merito in particolare per i letti, veramente comodi.

Cons:

l'unica pecca è la colazione in camera. La scelta non era particolarmente ampia e il fatto di dover decidere in anticipo il giorno prima a che ora riceverla (e quindi svegliarsi) non è il massimo.

Pros:

Ubicación ideal al lado del MRT y el BTS. Increíble su bar de jazz en directo en el sótano, súper recomendable.

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas y muy oscuras. Había mucho ruido de los aires acondicionados del hotel de en frente, no se si pasará en todas las habitaciones pero si en las que dan a la parte trasera, bastante molesto para descansar. Gimnasio muy básico con varias máquinas rotas.

Cons:

The 7 floor was welcoming you with terrible smell from air conditioning on the corridor. In the room was a little bit better but still smell was strong. Mold and fungus was terrible. On the corridor it was even visible next to air conditioning detaining machine. Window was super small and with the view in the next building wall. It was really difficult to breath in the room and opening the window was not the option as kitchen smells were very strong even on 7th floor.

On the top There was absolutely no soundproofing between my room and the hallway. I could hear every door opening during the night, as well as the staff room door being opened, which was right next to my room. The doors are heavy, so the sound of them closing was extremely loud. At night, I could also see light coming through the gap around the door.

Fantastic location, really helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was really good, rooms very comfortable. The rooftop pool and gym were also really nice.

Highly recommend this hotel it’s stunning relaxing staff are beautiful premises are extremely clean has free boat to get

Property is stunning very value for money

Cons:

Probably on bookings.com breakfast included was good price but if you buy breakfast at the place it’s very very expensive so we just eat out but was not an issue at all

Pros:

the location is very near to Asok BTS and connected to the Blue line, hence is it very central and convenient. Furthermore, Terminal21 is just opposite and a great place to shop
