The staff at reception was excellent

The staff are really nice and the room was spacious and comfortable.The person, who check us in was pleasant. Good customer service and the ability to buy a later check out. A stress free stay. A great team of staff.
The pastries at breakfast were over baked but everything else was fine.

Window didnt close, next to a busy road, resulted in poor nights sleep.
Sticky tables, the condiments were past their best. They have labels on saying how long to leave them out most exceeded this date by weeks!

Convenient Location
I always stay at this hotel when coming to Birmingham. Not only is it convenient- being beside the M6 - the staff are always nice. I want to say a shout out to the 2 Aaron’s that were at reception when I checked in. The one that actually checked me in was REALLY helpful. Such a lovely guy - he assisted me by going to the car and helped me bring my luggage to the room. He understood I had a disability and wasted no time helping me. I love him for that. 💜
I never have an issue at the hotel- but I would suggest not over cooking the bacon ☺️
