Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Personale alla reception accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Impossibile dormire per chi ha il sonno leggero. Capisco la struttura antica a pochi minuti dal centro, ma il bagno aveva un odore nauseabondo. Non abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza perché dovevamo soggiornare solo una notte e andarcene la mattina presto.

Pros:

We booked 4 rooms for 12 guests. This was by far the most guest-oriented, friendly, smiling, and helpful staff I have ever encountered in European hotels. I honestly didn’t expect to experience service at this level.
The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need.
If I ever come back to Florence, I will 100% stay at this hotel again. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience.

バスルームも含め、広くて掃除が行き届いていた。スタッフは親切で困っていると助けてくれたが、英語はあまりスムーズに通じなかった。翻訳アプリ等でイタリア語を使うべきかも。ロビーの自動販売機で水が比較的安く買えた。

Cons:

フィレンツェ・サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅から遠い。歩いて20分以上かかる。
スリッパが無かった。

Pros:

La stanza ha rispettato le aspettative. Ben riscaldata, pulita, letto comodo, spazio sufficiente per due persone, frigorifero piccolo a disposizione. Bene anche il bagno, doccia nuova e comoda, sono forniti sapone e bagnoschiuma.
Vogliamo sottolineare la gentilezza del personale incontrato per check-in, check-out e colazione. La colazione è a buffet nel bar/ristorante attiguo all'albergo; le bevande calde (caffè, cappuccino, eccetera) sono su ordinazione, non con distributori automatici (cosa molto gradita!). Buona qualità e opzioni dolci e salate. Ci sono alcune opzioni anche senza glutine (prodotti confezionati) e per intolleranza al lattosio.
Vista anche la vicinanza al centro (piazza San Marco e Accademia a cinque minuti a piedi), il rapporto qualità prezzo ci ha soddisfatto.

Μου αρεσε πολυ η τοποθεσια που ηταν σε αμεση σχεση με τη γραμμη τραμ,πολυ ευκολη προσβαση απο τον κεντρικο σταθμο.
Μου αρεσε το δωματιο στον 1ο οροφο και η καθημερινη καθαριοτητα.
Επισης το προσωπικο ηταν εξυπηρετικο , χωρις υπερβολη .
Θα ξαναπηγαινα ευχαριστως

Νομιζω θα χρειαζοταν μεγαλυτερη προσοχη στην καθαριοτητα των σερβιτσιων του πρωινου.
Μερικες φορες πολλα πιατακια στο φως της μερας εδειχναν οτι ειχαν σκουπιστει με μια χαρτοπετσετα μαλλον αντι να εχουν πλυθει. Υπαρχει μαλλον εδραιωμενη μια τετοια συμπεριφορα στην κουζινα, ισως οχι απο ολο το προσωπικο, χρειαζεται προσοχη

Pros:

Tutto ok, dalla colazione alla camera, allo staff , veramente disponibile e accogliente.
Camera pulita, per quanto riguarda i servizi doccia un po' datata ma perfettamente funzionante.
