Pathetic condition I had two rooms both were full of insects cockroach, it was a horrible night to spend i left the room in the morning and shifted to another hotel
Even the bedsheets were stained

Stay for 1 night only. Can’t say much except it’s clean.

Pros:

My regular place to stay in PJ. Everything is easy. Plenty of parking slots. Easy access to federal and other main roads. Refurbished so the room are not old

A decent hotel
Pros:

Good location, Clean room. Close to LRT and shops.High floor with good views.

Cons:

House keeping is getting sloppier. Our room was missing a towel and soap when we checked in. Our toilet would not stop flushing the next morning. Had to ring reception to get a plumber in to fix it.

A very pleasant good value stay
Pros:

Clean, friendly, good breakfast, comfortable room.

Cons:

Air con impossible to control so room was very cold. Only large towels provided for shower; no hand towels provided.

It’s a nice although old hote but staff need to training for 4 star hotel
Pros:

The location is great near our parents house , easy to access everything.

Cons:

The housekeeping team is terrible.when u ask them to clean the room , it’s minimum clean , table not wiped,minimum replenish of the toiletries .And the inner duvet is very dirty.No room service menu at all, even when we asked . Both receptions and the guy delivering our ice and cups Ignored. And we ordered grab food instead they r charging cutlery when we ask .
