櫃檯接待人員非常和善，溝通上沒太大的問題！
飯店的地理位置很好附近百貨超市、藥妝，應有盡有而且都不會很遠；吃東西選擇也超多，到各個地方的交通也都很方便，而且沒有熱鬧地段的吵雜多了一份安靜很適合選擇住宿的一個區域！

We as a family of 4 enjoyed staying at Mimaru Kinshicho. A lot of konbinis nearby. Excellent same day luggage forwarding

Love it! Will definitely return.
Pros:

Located on a quiet street. You have 3 konbinis within a short distance of the hotel. One just a few steps away 👍🏼 Staff were friendly and super helpful. I left my phone on the Shinkansen and they offered to help. But managed to get it back within 2 days. 2 lifts going up and down so the wait wasn’t bad. Abt 5-7 mins walk to the train station, and a bus stop for the shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea. Excellent.

Cons:

The washer/dryer took a long time. Clothes came out soaking wet from washer. Had to let it spin for longer than usual. Takes only coins.
