Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. La qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles j’ai ftanchement été déçue de la qualité. Chambre avec tapis, sentait le renfermé, la vetusté des chambres. Seul le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel vous fait ouaouh! Le spa, c’est un simple jacuzzi. Le petit sauna et hammam sont vetuste et ne sentent pas bon! Le souper au restaurant était bien dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas pkis de plat traditionnel pour permettre aux touristes de gouter sans forcément devoir se déplacer

Pros:

Breakfast was the best! The candies downstairs and the water. The room size was great. Location was perfect. Staff was super nice.

Cons:

The room could have had better lighting and the bathroom with the shower could have been more private

Lovely breakfast. Great choice. Pedro, the bar man.
Excellent at his job and really passionate about his job and serving his customers.
Central location for our visit. 15 minutes from Airport.
Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

Extra barman, to speed up service and take pressure off Pedro with running bar and restaurant areas.

Alles super. Saunabereich allerdings sehr klein, dass muss man wissen. Hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Cons:

Fitnessbereich könnte etwas größer sein. Zu zweit war dieser schon voll! Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

A generally pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Late check-out was kindly approved. Everyone was welcoming. The gym and jacuzzi are a plus.

Cons:

A personalisation form raised expectations, but none were met. Poor coffee quality; no lactose-free or plant options, even for conference room. Coffee capsules not replenished. No basic amenities like a toothbrush or razor. Gym and jacuzzi have very limited hours.
