A notre arrivee il a fallu attendre une heure pour la chambre.
Le personnel de la reception ni sympathique ni accueillant.
Le personnel d entretien des chambre est completement en sous effectif ce qui entraine que les chambres sont pas pretes en temps voulus.

Good location, powerful AC. Pleasant check-in staff. Pool and sunbeds.
This is a bit ”tired” hotel. They had Forget to clean our room and change the towels after our first night, but room had been cleaned when we were back from dinner after I had asked if they ”only” cleaned every other day. There was also a clog in the washbasin, but they dealt with that one too. The toilet seat was askew. I didn’t mention this, but I believe they fixed it anyway (good), but somehow managed to forget the electric screwdriver on the floor between the toilet and the wall. No big deal, but they didn’t put all furniture (bedside tables) back in place after having cleaned. Two elevators working on different commands was a bit funky first, but no issue with that.

Det lugtede af fugt og der har været vandskade flere steder, hvor døre og låger var synlig ødelagte. Vi fik ændret vores værelse så det hjalp lidt og personalet var venligt og prøvede at dække over det, men hotellet skal virkelig renoveres nu!
Beliggenheden er til gengæld fantastisk og bliver ikke mere central, men prisen er for høj til hvad man får og derfor ville vi vælge andet.
