Great location, quite dirty.
Pros:

The location was stunning and the pools were fantastic, staff were helpful

Cons:

Our unit was quite filthy. Lots of dust and grime. We had to shift one of the beds to fit a portacot in the room and, when we did, there were packets of rubbish and big dust balls under it (we only shifted the bed about 15cm at most). Our 11m old found lots of bits of rubbish and balls of dust every time we put him down. We also found underwear still in drawers in the cupboard.

The accomodation itself is beautiful and exactly what you need plus the management team there are beautiful people so make you feel more at home, also having an infant they endeavoured to get us into our room as early as we could to be as comfortable as we could

The couch is the only downfall it's overly soft, and that's not really even a negative lol

Wonderful location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was wonderful. Just across the road from the beach and a block from the main town of Burleigh Heads.
Staff were friendly and always willing to help in anyway they could

Cons:

Basic crockery, no matching dinner plates, one bowl and no basic things like salt and pepper. It makes it difficult when to fly in from another location, you have to buy everything
