Location location
The location was fantastic and the view was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.
The pans for cooking were terrible. It would have been handy to have a few sachets each of the dishwasher detergent and a couple of extra garbage bags for a 1 week stay.
Excellent location - just five minutes walk to the James Street shops and restaurants, and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Also, a great little coffee pod just 100 meters away and open from 5 AM. Awesome!
The refuse room was smelly. Wi-Fi was dodgy so internet access restricted.
Location perfect. Close to city centre and beach. Nice and quiet with nice views. Parking and apartment location suitable for a few nights stay. The pool and spa were ok but outdated. Nice addition of vouchers to be used at local surf club and cafe welcome.
We were very disappointed in the presentation of apartment 38 on 10th floor. Lots of things that needing attending to maintenance wise and was expensive for what was offered. The basic cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard also. We notified management who attended to some issues during our stay however most issues were due to unacceptable cleanliness and poor maintenance.
