Pacific Regis advice that renovation work will being in 2 apartments from Monday 14th October 2024 - Wednesday 16th October 2024. During this time there will be significant noise between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Apartments are sold by "Type" and Not by view and can be located on any level or position in the building. While we always strive to accommodate our guests' requests, please note that specific room location preferences are not guaranteedThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Spacious appartment in an awesome location
Pros:

Excellent location with easy walk to shops, beach and National park. Appartment was spotlessly clean, well stocked with kitchen items and spacious and roomy. Great to have an underground parking spot. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wording in regard to unpacking dishwaher and putting out rubbish in rooms!
This was done but wording on information was a little threatening.

Really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Loved the room we had with the most amazing view of burleigh beach. Great location to walk everywhere. Clean apartment and friendly staff

Good location but not clean.
Pros:

Good location, pools where great and staff at the front desk where great

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair balls on the floor, Bandaid on the wall, sand all over the floor, the toilets smelt like sewage and just the overall cleanliness was poor.

Great location and views but...
Pros:

Great location. Great views (stayed on the 14th floor) Big apartment. The staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Although it was an unrenovated apartment and in need of a little love, it does require a good clean, particularly in the bathrooms.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is excellent! Older bathrooms, but clean. Kitchen new.

Cons:

The lounge/dining area wasn’t as clean as other areas. The sheers are mouldy at the bottom and the paint is peeling in several places. The pools were not heated and tenants told us the heating broke between Christmas and new year.

Cons:

We had two apartments. The cleanliness could have been a little better. The washing machine needed wiping out and the other apartment had lots of cockroaches and a very weird smell when entering it.

This place is in an excellent position and the views were good. The appliances need repairs.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to cafes & restaurants. You are right in the heart of it. The beach is right across the road.

Cons:

We stayed in apartment 24 - from the mid range apartments. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the lounge room didn't work. It turned on but didn't cool the air. It probably needs a service. The clothes dryer didn't work. It spun but didn't heat up, so the clothes never dried. It needs a repair. The 2nd bedroom didn't have an air conditioner and it is probably required with the heat of the QLD summer. They did provide a pedestal fan to compensate. Don't let this turn you off. The location and lounge room size were awesome.

It was in a good location on the beach and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Lots of issues with the unit - definitely in need of an upgrade. Dirty dish in the dishwasher, washing machine mouldy, showers mouldy, fans and air conditioning not working.
