Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Service, perfekter Lage und einer Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Schon vor unserer Ankunft wurden wir per WhatsApp kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir besondere Wünsche haben – ein sehr aufmerksamer Service, der uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.

Die Zimmer sind renoviert, sehr gepflegt und mit bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet. Auch die elegante, klassisch eingerichtete Lobby verleiht dem Hotel eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich liebevoll um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Dadurch haben wir uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die neu gestaltete Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick über den Bosporus – der perfekte Ort, um den Tag bei einem leckeren Getränk ausklingen zu lassen.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Mitten in der Altstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Blauen Moschee und der Hagia Sophia entfernt.

Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Fensterrollos morgens etwas Licht durchgelassen haben. Wenn das noch verbessert wird, ist der Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt.

Fabulous apartment hotel in a great part of Istanbul
Pros:

This was like a hotel apartment, in the old town, it’s a beautiful modern apartment with the benefits of a hotel like a buffet breakfast and daily cleaning and water provision. We loved our time here. The apartment was modern and spacious and had everything we needed. I preferred this part of town to the other side as it was less crowded. It was very hot so we even went swimming out the front of the hotel !

Best stay in Turkey until now (and we are going every year in Istanbul)
Pros:

Great experience, it exceeded my expectations.
Very attentive and responsive staff to all our requests. Being my wife's birthday we were surprised to receive a cake for breakfast in the morning. We were guided to professionally organized excursions, with access to the terrace even outside of working hours and the parking was provided by the hotel, the car being guarded during the stay. Very rich and diversified breakfast, an experience that we will definitely repeat.
