I will look for other place maker apartments to stay for future travel.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was perfect for a few days. Location was walking distance to key sight seeing like the river walk and Alamo and restaurants. Perfect location. A very quiet safe and clean place. Parking was a block away and easy to park and reasonable price.

An aesthetic and cozy spot with a ton to do around it.
Pros:

The staff always went out of their way to help, the complimentary coffee was such a nice touch and the apartment so cozy it felt like home. There’s so much to walk to from the apartment. The fact that there’s a comedy club in the basement is sooooo cool.

Had a great time in San Antonio and staying at the Maverick.
Pros:

Perfect location, steps from the Riverwalk.

Great but no laundry in room
Pros:

Lovely historic building. Apartments were spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well fitted out. Booked 2 apartments both listed as premium and exactly the same 1 had dishwasher other didn't.

Cons:

Laundry facilities. We booked these apartments on the basis they had laundry facilities in apartments - it doesn't. Laundry is available at the end of some floors. As if that isn't inconvenient enough laundry requires the uploading of an app and/or a washconnect card - unavailable at reception. App doesn't recognise UK phone number. Problem was sorted by Jordan on reception but this would have been a deal breaker for us had we been aware laundry was not (as represented on booking.com) in room.

staff was nice, kitchen was good

Cons:

no hot water in shower, water pressure in the shower was terrible, had to walk because they had no in house parking, what hotel does that? the walk was through homeless, we smelled human waste at a bunch of different locations, the scam of valet was $42, meanwhile they just probably take the car to a 5 of 10 dollar overnight parking garage. the parking situation really pissed me off. total scam how they operate that.
