The best was unbelievably comfortable, loved the staff and the service overall
In the room next to mine, I could hear the tv through the wall, but it could have been that they had it on very loud
I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location of the hotel is perfect, making it so easy to get around.
The hotel bar had a fantastic atmosphere—great for unwinding—and the room was very big for NY standards. Both the bed and the pillows were really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
I want to give a special mention to Chris at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.
Nothing at well. I liked everything.
The staff and location were so excellent. My disability sometimes makes me tired and confused by the time I arrive at the hotel, but the staff were 100% on top of everything and answered even my stupid questions (wifi password is on the bottom of the complimentary card lol) The hotel itself is very old and beautiful, and a great stay if you're staying near Ktown alone for a few days.
Be aware that the elevator is quite small, especially if you are bringing any disability equipment. This is unfortunately true in most older buildings.
Bed, bath, space, friendliness of employees, restaurant and bar
One of my bed lamps was broken, switched out bulbs and still didn't work. Forgot I could request a fridge. Everything was great otherwise.
Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The street wasn't crowded, so it was easy to get an Uber.
The staff was pleasant.
1. 1000 emails from the hotel before and after the trip.
2. I asked for something minor to make my son feel special (say his name during check in). Via email they agreed. It never happened.
Tudo perfeito. Ótima localização. Quarto super amplo. Cama gigante. Funcionários todos muito queridos.
The bed was quite comfortable but other than that there was little to recommend.
The room was small and dingy. No storage for clothes apart from a small hanging cupboard (No draw storage at all). Floors were a mix of bare cracked concrete with some very worn wooden boards that had seen better days 30 years ago. Bathroom smelt of mould (covered with lots of air freshener). Seal around sink split and rotted away. Heater / air conditioner did not work reliably and the control for it was broken with the batteries held in with gaffer tape. Lift to my 8th floor room was slow and noisy and above the 4th floor started to shake and rattle in a way that was down right scary. On top of this the rooms were very costly, though this may be down to the time of year. Probably the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.
Location was amazing
The bar underneath can be very loud
The location was close to all of my events. The room was charming and lovely. Got a great night's sleep, too! Also enjoyed the bar on the first floor.
The staff were lovely and helped me out several times during my stay, helping me with finding things nearby etc
Great! Staff is super friendly, room is wonderful!
Black curly hair on bed and towels when came back to room being cleaned, happened every time. Decided to remove it myself, but definitely not preferred.
it was loud. the rooms have no carpet! just a concrete floor. the tv did not work. the tub did not drain. the handyman couldn’t fix tv. a very uncomfortable experience. won’t stay again.
