冬の旅でしたので、湯船に浸かって温まることができた点が良かったです。
また、チェックアウト後の手荷物を預けることが可能か事前にメールで問合せた所、すぐにお返事を頂けた点も良かったです。
小さなキズがいくつか見受けられた点です。
エレベーターそばの壁や室内のハンガーを掛けるスペースの下、トイレの壁などです。限られた条件下での細やかなメンテナンスは難しいかもしれませんが、改善されればより快適なホテルになるかと思います。
空気が乾燥していた
Location was close to food and transport.
I know it’s Japan, but the room was so small.

• Good spacious bathroom – shower and bath in one
• Provided free umbrellas on rainy days
• Unsure on the location – good for being central and close, but some dodgy people in this area
• Room was VERY dusty in lots of areas of the room, causing discomfort and coughing.
• Wallpaper was peeling and falling off, making the room look poorly maintained.
• No daily room service; only discovered this from a sign on the door.
• Shower gel not replenished; had to request at reception.
• Towels were thin, poor quality, and dirty with hairs; had to request at reception twice!
• Room much smaller than photos suggested; could only open one suitcase at a time.
• Very bright rooms without curtains, making it difficult to sleep
• Hallway had a persistent fish smell.
